For the first time in a while, I decided to start looking for my new home without a realtor… a few weeks later I was lamenting my decision, and by then my regular agent was out of the country. I continued struggling looking on my own when Brittany responded to one of the many Craig’s List inquiries I sent. I had been looking for so long and only been contacted by scammers, so I was hesitant. She seemed incredibly genuine in only a couple of text exchanges and she offered her services in the most unpretentious non-​sales way — what a relief! I didn’t regret saying yes! Brittany was pleasant, easy to communicate with, honest and insightful, and her dedication almost surpassed my own.
