one word Amazing!!! I was nearby and didn’t have much cash on me. last thing I expect was the restaurant quality food from a food trailer with such a different Varity from the normal Austin food. hands down the best food trailer in Austin. get the Cornbread and the chili you wont regret it. also the management was very nice. I will definitely be returning.

I only tried a free sample of the Chicken Noodle Soup in the Biscuit Bowl and the Sweet Chili in the Cornbread bowl. Both were extremely great, but the sweet chili was some of the best chili I’ve had in this city. Which is HUGE, because Austin is seriously lacking for good chili.
Since this is the first review for the trailer, here’s what I can remember of their menu:

Vegetarian Soup (Tomato)
If you’re at the trailers on Rio Grande definitely ask for a free sample. The food is great and the owners were very friendly. This will definitely be a go-​to once it gets a bit colder.
