Hubby and I bought our first home and were wanting to purchase an alarm system. Andre(the fella who knocks on the door) came by and asked if we were wanting to purchase the system. from day one this guy was AWESOME. so easy to talk to, super laid back, and ALWAYS happy. not annoying happy either. anywho, we explained that with the move and being first time home buyers we weren’t able to purchase something. at the time. he came by every few months to follow up. THANKGOD. the last time he came by we finally purchased. AND I COULDN’T BEHAPPIER! system installation was a breeze. I wish i could remember his name, think it was Darell? anywho he was awesome. he handled my crazy hyper dog very well. Anyways, he showed us step by step! went through the website, helped me download the app, made sure to look the other way when i was putting in codes. it was great. Today, My alarm went off while I was at work. My heart skipped a beat or two when i looked at my phone and had Email alerts, text messages, voicemail — from a real person. I had been alerted by my app and my mother in law(emergency contact) I called back to see what had happen. I forgot that I had my sister and her kids over. One of the kiddos open the door to let the dogs out and thats why the alarm went off. I was so happy to find out that I had a video captured! — SOHILARIOUS, my nephew(the one who open the door) went RUNNING when the alarm went off. I cried from laughter when watching the video(your able to save it by the way!) The company even came on the intercom and asked my sister if everything was ok. I seriously couldn’t be happier. LOVEYOUGUYS!

Alright, so we decided to upgrade to the new Monitronics equipment after they gave us a sweet deal to stay around. Darrell from Blue Line Security comes in and starts doing his thing and right away you can tell this guy is waaaay sharper than your garden variety security installation tech, and also really good with both teaching/explaining and just dealing with you in conversation. He was incredibly fast, thorough, professional, and hell, even the dog loved him(not even kidding, after Darrell left, my dog sat staring and whimpering at the garage door). So he tests everything, rips and replaces the main security console, and then show us around the site as well as the security console interface. His frankness shone through(he even divulged the one flaw in the 2GiG software, albeit it is a tiny one), which along with his formidable expertise, made us feel great about the new install. These guys are apparently really small and local, and it shows – I think he said they have just an owner and two techs? – and I mean that in the most complimentary way. Darrell could not have been more professional and service-oriented or efficient and I literally can’t imagine how our interface with him could have been better. One of the easiest recommendations I’ll ever give…

Where do u I start! By far the worst company and service. Had a contract with them with motion sensor in the house along with door sensors, window glass breaker sensor. But I was not given motion sensor and it never worked. When Paul came to install new equipment he left the motion sensor that was there before from the previous security company I had. That tells that he does not check his installed sensors if they are functioning or not. I found this the hard way. My house was broken into and of course motion sensor and glass breaker both did not work. Burglars came thru window by breaking a glass on the window and glass breaking sensor was almost 20 feet away. When I called Paul on the day when this happened his words«I am not the one who broke in your home and you do not have motion sensor on your account». My contract with this company says otherwise. 2 safes were stolen along with valuable items in it as well as other items from different locations in the home and I was suppose to go out of country next morning and had paid over $ 5k for my trip but of course no sympathy from Blue Line security instead I was told that there is nothing Blue Line Security can’t do. Also Paul telling me this that he made it right by coming next day to install motion sensors and window sensors(my bought). He saw us in what state of mind we were that day, NOSLEEP and my pregnant wife stressed out completely. But again nothing no apology nothing from this company. Instead I received a letter that we will give you $ 500.00 as per contract. Kidding me, if you want to give me $ 500 you should have just sent me one not sending me letter that you will give me $ 500.00. Also they make you sign a waiver that if you take this $ 500 you cannot sue them or pursue them legally in anyways.

Paul from Blue Line Security has been a pleasure to deal with. He spent the time to find the right products for our home and worked with us to fit them within our budget. Our system allows us home automation and ability to check status of home and alarm via a app. I would highly recommend Blue Line security for your home!
