We’ve used Beverly’s Carpet Care several times now. Michael is prompt, efficient and very thorough. Not only are the carpets cleaned very well, the drying time is significantly shorter than other services. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to fit us in on fairly short notice. I would recommend his service to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. We have used other services, but we’re sticking with Beverly’s.

I am very glad we picked Beverly’s to clean our area rug and stretch out a big hallway wrinkle in our wall-​to-​wall carpet. Their price was great — way lower (half) than the other estimate we got. They were easy to schedule with, very friendly & professional, and got the job done quickly. Especially the wrinkle they took care of like it was nothing and you can’t tell it was every there. The only reasons I dropped one star are 1– the rug took overnight to dry out, not the 2 hours that the Beverly’s guys said it would take out in the sun in our driveway and 2-​the rug has a slight smell to it now, kind of wet dog-​like. Maybe that always happens when you clean a rug and then let it dry in your garage overnight?

Beverly’s Carpet Care restored our carpet to almost new condition. Another local company installed our carpet several years ago and over time the wrinkles grew and sometimes caused tripping. Beverly’s not only came in and stretched the wrinkle out of our carpet but professionally cleaned them also. All small stains were removed and we love our carpet again.
Also, the customer service and timeliness is some the best I’ve ever experienced. When a time was agreed upon for a quote and for service he was on time.
I highly recommend Beverly’s Carpet Care.

We received a broadcast email offering discounted rates to realtors for trying Beverly’s Professional Carpet Care in our homes and listings and tried them. Wendi takes the calls and schedules the estimates and cleanings and was very friendly and helpful. Michael came promptly to give the estimate, which was quite fair, and by the end of the week we had all the tile and carpets cleaned in our home. Michael arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and worked continuously until the job was done… with much attention to details. I would recommend this company and plan to use them in the future.
