Let me start off by first saying that although I am only giving Bella 2 stars, the job that she did on my hair and make up was fantastic. Its the other things that happened that I took 3 stars off for. I made an appointment to have highlights put in and have my hair cut 2 weeks before my wedding. Since she does not have her own salon and rents space we had to wait for the salon owner to show up and open the doors for us. Apparently there was some miscommunication the night before and the owner was not aware that my appointment was so early. I didn’t have a problem with this because I understood that it wasn’t her fault. My hair came out amazing. The highlights looked natural and I love the cut. My only gripe about my interaction with her that day was that I had wanted to pay in full for my wedding day services so I wouldn’t have to worry about it. She made me sign a contract and gave me a total for what was due for everything. Nearly 6 hours later I received a TEXT MESSAGE telling me that she had made a mistake and that I still owed her an additional $ 55 bc when she was figuring out what I owed she only figured it as if I was paying a 50% deposit. Fast forward to my wedding day… It started out rainy and kind of gross that day. I kept trying to tell her that she should come by at 9 but she insisted that she would be able to finish my hair and makeup and my daughter’s hair by 11:30 which was my deadline and told me that she would be there at 9:30. Well she was 30 minutes late in showing up and blamed it on the rain saying that she couldn’t load her equipment into her car bc it was raining. I let this go bc really and truly 30 mins isn’t too much to stress out about. it ended up taking her about 20 — 25 mins to get set up and then once she got started it took her forever bc she kept talking and apparently doesn’t posess the ability to multi-​task. She finally got finished with my hair and make up at 11:45ish and still had to do my 6 year old’s hair. when she was done with that she took at least another 20 minutes to pack up all of her stuff and then had the nerve to still turn around and ask for her money. Now keep in mind that I was supposed to be headed to the ceremony venue at 11:30 and it is now already 12:20. The part that really got me though was when she told me that she was not aware that she was going to be going to Round Rock (after mulitple conversations on the subject) and wanted to charge me an additional $ 10 for going outside of Austin.
While Bella is very talented and I reccomend her based on her talents alone, I would hesitate to hire her for any important events, like a wedding, bc obviously her clients are not very important to her. She has no concept of time and does not care that she may be causing you to be late. You also have to be very wary about what the actualy cost is that you are going to be responsible for. I wish I had stood up for myself and made her honor the contract we both signed.

Mrs. Oliva did my hair with extensions and air brush makeup for my bridal photo. It was the worst experience I have ever had.
First, She was late and had me sit there for 30 minutes while she setup. I did as she asked and bought high quality, 100% human hair extension. The extensions cost me $ 150. She curled my hair with the extensions. 30 minutes into the photo shoot the extension straighten out and my natural hair stayed curly. It looked horrible. She put a lot of mouse in my natural hair and no styling product what so ever in the extension which is why this probably happened.
She obviously does not know how to apply makeup. 1^st she put on my eyelashes with tones of glue. Then starts with the eye shadow. She licked the eye shadow brush and dipped in eye shadow to apply it. It was so gross! I bulged my eye at her then she went to wet the brush with the faucet for the second eye. Then she put on the air brush make up and got it in my hair. I looked nothing like the photo that I asked her to copy. She made me look like a clown with the bright pink lip liner and cream pink lip gloss.
Worst service I ever had. Lupita Oliva took 4 hours to complete a horrible job. Hire her if you want to look like a clown. Worst makeup job I had in my life. Eye slashes looks clumpy. She is very unprofessional and was late for our appointment.
