I was told the boxes would be delivered on the 24th. On the 24th I received an email stating that they could not deliver the boxes because a van broke down. It was very important that I receive the boxes on the 24th because I run a moving company and need them for a pack job. I will say that the money was refunded however at this point I need the boxes more than I need the money. This is not a good way to run a business. If you offer a product, you should make sure you can follow through on the services you claim to provide. No matter what. Waiting until the last minute to notify someone that you can not provide said services is unacceptable. This may cost me a decent sum of money. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else for your boxes.

I wanted to write this review because there are a couple others on here that say this is a scam. I’m not sure what happened in their cases but for me it went perfectly. I ordered 45 boxes on their website early in the morning and paid via PayPal. I got an email confirmation later on that said they put my order on the truck to be delivered that day. This afternoon I have 45 boxes sitting in my apartment. I’ll admit that I ordered the boxes and then checked Unilocal which scared me a little but it was all for naught. Couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction than that!

Ordered boxes and they said they would be delivered sometime between 7am and 11pm. We never got a call and the boxes never came. Do yourself a favor, just go to lowes or home depot, they have boxes for cheap. HEB will give them to you for free if you go around 10pm!

I ordered boxes on a Thursday morning. I texted the phone number to inquire about the delivery time for that day, per the website. I was told the boxes would be delivered late that evening. The following morning I saw that they had not been delivered and I called the number multiple times, never reaching anyone. I sent several text messages, which also went unanswered. I finally sent a text canceling the purchase since our movers were coming later that day and NOBODYWOULDRETURNCALLSORTEXTS. We had an emergency home repair and were on a very tight timeframe. I would have purchased elsewhere if, upon initial contact, the person on the other end of the line told me same day(or even by noon the next day) delivery was not available. Oh, and I even offered to pick up the boxes myself, also an option according to the website. He said it wasn’t necessary and I would get the boxes the same day. I finally received a phone call from somebody on Saturday and they said they would refund my money via PayPal that day. It didn’t happen. I have tried multiple times over the course of TWOMONTHS to get my money refunded. Every time I text the only phone number for the«company,» he keeps acting confused as if we’ve never discussed this. He asks for all of the information all over again, and then says his«bookkeeper» will look into it. It’s as simple as logging in to freaking PayPal, using the email address I’ve given him multiple times, and refunding my money. It’s really hard to upset me. I’m a patient person and always give other people the benefit of the doubt. I have trusted him to take care of this matter long enough, and he hasn’t done so. I’m contacting BBB tomorrow, and will continue to write this review on every outlet I find. Hopefully he hasn’t scammed anyone else.

So cool! For $ 1 per box, they bring gently used boxes to your door. So much easier than CL& FreeCycle and driving all over town. Reduce-Reuse-Recycle! I will free-cycle the boxes when done; they can certainly be used again.
