AWC was an hour late, the work Russell performed caused me to have a subsequent electrician to our home to repair his mistakes. They also were supposed to come out for a second visit to finish the first job because they used the wrong color switch, and they no-​called and no-​showed two different times. Mike, lied to our home warranty company and told them that he was out of town and would not have scheduled an appointment on a particular day. After I provided all of the text messages between Mike and I to my home warranty, they filed a complaint against AWC.
