I don’t know much about wine, just what I like and don’t like. Three different times I have talked to Bianca, explain what I like and all 3 times she has made the best recommendations. She is so helpful, friendly and definitely knows her craft. If you’re ever in doubt or have questions, she is your gal!

Purchased two bottles of Austin Cocktails (various flavors) from Bianca. She was an easy person to talk to and made my decision to buy both bottles very easy. She explained the contents of the Cocktails and was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.

I have come here on several occasions. Very good selection and very clean and well organized inside. My primary complaint is with the middle-​aged woman with the foreign accent and headband who always has to make sarcastic remarks whenever I come to the store. I don’t know if she is intentionally being rude or just flirting in her own weird way but it is deterring me from returning. Other workers, especially the young man with the glasses, are always professional.

Great place to get booze. Not your average local liquor store, some of the staff really know their stuff and give you some great suggestions on new things to try outside of the usual names you’re probably used to drinking. For instance today I learned Don Julio was not real tequila and was suggested a real tequila that was way better than Don Julio and cheaper at that.

They have samples frequently and the staff has never failed to give me a great recommendation on what I’m looking for.

Customer Service Fail; When I pulled up the customer service rep was in front of the building smoking with the girl from the cleaning store next store. I expect more than a convenience store experience here.
As I got out the clerk said to her, «It never fails. Every time I light up a cigarette another customer shows up.»
Not a huge deal, but still isn’t the style of customer service I expect from anywhere other than a 7⁄11.

I went into this store yesterday to get … well liquor, not sure what I wanted. WOW. This store had everything and was clean and easy to find everything. With help from the counter guy I was able to figure out what I wanted. Helpful service, great choices and clean. Thank you for helping me with figuring out what I wanted :)

Under new ownership! Very clean, the shelves are stocked always, pricing is great, and the staff is so friendly. This will be the only liquor store i buy from in the future! Thank goodness this store finally got someone in there that knows how a store should be ran! They will quickly become a favorite to all, i’m sure of it!
