Have developed an addiction to the thin crust pizza. It’s magical in its thin and crispiness and I now have a weekly habit. Delivery is always faster than estimated and the people who bring the food are great. My only criticism would be how incredibly stingy Austin’s Pizza is with vegetable toppings. One time I paid extra for spinach and got about 6 shriveled up leaves spread over a 14″ pizza. Tonight, I ordered pepperoni and broccoli… As you can see from the photo, there’s about 2 florets cut down and spread around. I had to add my own, post-delivery, which sucked to have to do. Better topping balance and I’d give this place 5 stars.

Pizza was delivered on time but was cold and so sad looking that we cried a little bit. Looked like day old pizza. Flavor was okay which was the only reason im giving 2 stars. Would definitely not order again.

Pretty bad. I made an order for delivery and they waited 20 minutes to call and tell me I was out of range. Then I pick up the pizza and it’s cold and cheaply made. The cashiers were kind of holier-than-thou and seemed annoyed by most of the customers. Bad experience and bad food. Don’t see myself going back.

I was really craving some Pizza and tried out this restaurant. I must agree with all the ratings, it wasn’t very good and it was expensive for such a mediocre taste. You might as well order Papa Johns or Dominos. It’s cheaper and the quality tastes the exact same as Austin Pizza.

Not worth it. The pizza should be 10dollar pizza. Not almost 20. The pizza we received had burnt cheese and it was not worth the price. I could’ve gotten something better for the same price at a chain pizza like pizza hut or dominoes. Stay away from this place. No wonder the place was empty when I arrived to pick up our order.

Look. I have eaten here for years… It’s gone downhill big time. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered some of the pizza rolls… They were so burned that they were inedible. Burnt, dried out, horrible. I tried to eat them but ended up throwing out 16 bucks worth of food. I am not even in the mood to track down management… I am just disappointed in the whole experience and won’t be back. I can’t even imagine serving a customer food items like this. When I opened the box there was a charred burning smell that filled my house.

Austin’s pizza has slowly gone down in quality since I’ve first had it. Maybe different dough supplier, vegetables or something led to this. This location does have a brick oven which makes a better pizza than a metal oven. The ranch sauce is wonderful.

I was hesitant to try this place due to the reviews… BUT… TRYIT!!! We got a large canadian bacon and mushroom and 4 peparonni pizza rolls… SOYUMMY!!! We walked in and were immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter… who was more than willing to answer all our silly questions about a pizza… haha The pizza just LOOKSAMAZING! The staff even checked on us a few times after we received our food to make sure everything was up to par… ITSUREWAS!!! The only reason I gave it a 4 in stead of 5 is because Home Slice Pizza is my Sh**! Austin’s Pizza is super close to my house ANDDELIVERS!!!

I was initially excited about this place because it is close to my house, either for delivery or pick-up, and they have gluten-free crust available as well as a gluten-free dessert bar. And, honestly, the pizza was really decent — while I was eating it. However, after three times in a row of ordering pizza from them and each time having what I wanted to think was«a stomach flu»… I finally gave up. I’m just not someone who picks up every bug going around, I get the stomach flu like once or twice in 10 years but now I’ve had it 3 times in 6 weeks? No. I had to give up. But I wanted it to not be true because it was convenient and the gluten-free crust was pretty tasty. And yes, as the other reviews have mentioned, the service was pretty terrible, both in store for pick-up and especially for delivery(delayed, forgotten items, wrong orders, incorrect pricing, etc) but that wasn’t the deal-breaker for me, I mean, really, it’s a pizza place, it’s not unlikely that it’s going to be young stoner guys running the shop. But if they could have only learned to refrigerate things or whatever so I didn’t get sick every time… Truly disappointed.

This was a complete waste of money! I ordered a small salad pizza rolls and a tea and my total was 26 dollars not including tip. The guy who dropped off my order was completely rude they brought me the wrong size tea and I mentioned something to him and he was incredibly rude and seemed so annoyed. I will say that this will be the last time I will ever order from here. I can’t say enough what a waste of money it is. Honestly the food wasn’t very good either!

WHEREISMYPIZZA?!? Still waiting on the pizza I ordered last night and never received… I placed the order at 1120pm last night, called around 1155 wondering when my delivery would be here and was told there is a standard 45 min lead time so it should be there in 15 min, which I get but…15 minutes passed by and still no pizza so I call back and guess what?! They close at 12 and I can’t get anyone on the phone! Never got a call from the delivery person and never got my pizza! I demand a refund and I still want that pizza.

Completely fine pizza. It’s not going to blow your mind, but they have a quite a few locations, and so you can get it delivered to pretty much every neighborhood in Austin.

Pizza eaters everywhere… Beware! Bad service and food. Me and another customer walk in, there is no one there. We stand around for about five minutes before 3 guys who work there come in from the back door… They were just sitting there. If I owned this business I’d be angry. But I don’t so I ordered a personal pizza. The people working there seemed very tired, or lazy, or burnt out. Something that’s definitely not cool. «Here or to go?» I said here. Pizza was handed to me in a pizza box, not a plate. Again, if I owned this business, I’d be angry. I open the box and the pizza was… Red. If wayyy too much sauce or wayyyy too little cheese. Crust was chewy… Basil topping was a shredded garnish instead of a topping. This was BS food. Could have ordered a better pizza from the frozen section at walmart. The negligence of the staff… Has lost my lifetime business and the business of everyone who asks me where to get pizza as well as whoever reads this here.

Their gluten free pizza is amazing, but their employees all act like lackadaisical stoners with not the slightest care for customer service. Both times I have been here they have messed up my order and left me waiting, starving, while they made a new pizza, without a single apology or offer of any sort of recompense. At that point of course I had already paid and couldn’t untip them since they had my receipt with the tip written on it. I’m probably not eating here again. Austin has plenty of other delicious gluten free pizza establishments.

Do not order from here if you’re expecting awesome pizza like other places throughout the city. I paid 17 dollars for a large pizza that most definitely wasn’t large, medium at best. The regular crust was more on the thin side(and I love thin pizza… but I just didn’t want that at the time.) The pizza was alright, nothing special. The price is what really gets to me. I could have spent 17 dollars somewhere else for a larger, more delicious pizza experience.

I go here for one reason and one reason only: pizza rolls. I’m honestly not a big fan of their pizza but they make a hell of a pizza roll. What’s even better is if you go on Tuesday you can get 4 of them for around $ 5. My only critique is that there’s no standard when it comes to size and shape of the rolls. Every single time I go they look different and this affects taste. You could get 4 skinny rolls, 4 short and fat rolls, and there’s no telling what the cheese/pepperoni/dough ratio is going to be. In the past 2 years I have taken home some rolls that were too burnt to eat and they are always quick to give me a credit on future orders or even offer to deliver fresh rolls. If you could personalize the rolls(extra cheese or add a vegetable like green peppers or onions for example) they would probably get a full 5 stars.
