The people are friendly, the place is kept clean and presentable, and the prices are OK, but the quality of the service is absolutely not OK.
My first time there, I had a pretty standard load of dry cleaning. A laundered shirt came back looking like it had been ironed by someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Numerous deep, permanent creases, areas of the shirt that hadn’t been touched, etc.
Sometimes these things happen, and I send them another load. A two-​piece suit came back with the same issues. Instead of following the crease in the pant, they decided to make their own and now my suit pants have two creases. The jacket has the same issues that the shirt did. A $ 40 shirt is one thing, but mess with a $ 700 suit? I’m not made of money.
When I called to complain, they indicated that they would put a note to take more care with the clothes that I had dropped off. Please. A note is necessary? Please take good care of the clothes I have sent without having to ask for it!
Cleaner beware. There are much better dry cleaners in Austin. They may cost more, but in the end, they’re probably worth it.

I am so pleased with the alterations on my jeans that I recently picked up from here. .I brought another tailor 4 pair of jeans and screwed every pair up. The previous tailor totally slaughtered the hems on my flared name brand jeans. so I came here in a panic hoping they could fix them The tailor met with me and came up with a solution. Honestly, didn’t have high hopes that the jeans would turn out okay but they did and I am so happy. It sucks having to fix other peoples mistakes but she def was able to… This lady really know what she is doing !! I would recommend them for hemming.

Dry Cleaning & alterations in Wells Branch. I have used another cleaners for years, but they don’t do a great job on pants, so I thought I’d give these guys a try. Tuesday special is 3 garments dry cleaned or laundered for $ 8.99. Must be all the same type (i.e. 3 pants, 3 sweaters, 3 skirts, etc — no mix n match). They did a great job cleaning and especially pressing my pants. Very happy with the results, so on discount day, it’s a great deal!
I also had a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed. I’ve used another tailor for years and was always happy with their work, but this place is super convenient in the WB. Hem was several dollars less than what I’ve paid elsewhere, and the service was quick and accurate — perfect fit. And everyone there is so nice and friendly. My new favorite tailor.
