OK. He did it again. When I had a new install on a Directv box, the tech screwed up everything! Eaton came in and now I have dimensional sound again. I am very pleased and will highly recommend him.

I’d like to say that this business owner has made great strides in customer service since my last review. His honesty and professionalism alone is worth 4 stars. Eaton offered free help over the phone, and gave excellent on site service when that didn’t work. He’s a one man shop so you have to be patient. Time sensitive jobs, especially small ones, should go elsewhere. I don’t recall having trouble reaching him by phone

I found AHE after doing extensive research, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work Eaton performed at my condo. The work included the installation of three wall mounted TVs, installation and setup of a home theater speaker system which included a projector and 92″ screen. He not only provided quality workmanship, he is reliable, professional, and respectful. He worked with my budget and was the better option of the 3 quotes I received. I would recommend Eaton and Austin Home Entertainment for any TV and speaker system installation.

Eaton of Austin Home Entertainment is an outstanding individual to have your entire «pad» setup. He is first off, on-​time and very courteous from the get go, not wasting time and wondering where to start or level of difficulty it may cause. He has completed projects for me at two different places, and exceeded expectations both times. At this point, I really feel there is not a project that can hinder his ability to complete the task. Bottom line, I am a truly satisfied customer and would have him back to complete any further tasks!
