Austin Elegant Limousine & Charter

Randy was great to work with. I booked an airport pick-​up while I was laying over in San Jose on my way to Austin. Our flight was coming in very early in the morning and I didn’t want to rely on Über to be available at that un-​godly hour. Within 15 minutes I was able to book with them and when we arrived in Austin a gentleman holding a sign with my name was waiting for me down the escalators. He was incredibly professional, helped us with our bags, and we even got an upgrade to an SUV. It was so comfortable to sit in after being stuck on a Southwest flight. Our driver even gave us suggestions on where to go and where not to go which was so helpful!

I’m surprised there are no reviews for these guys yet. They are really awesome! I planned transport for 12 40-​ish women from Lakeway to Dripping Springs to tour a couple of wineries and have lunch. We were a rowdy bunch! Gustavo, our driver, was early, well dress, well-​informed, extremely prepared and a delight! He had directions, instructions and knew where we were going and had everything mapped out.
He was really accommodating. Also, came prepared with a cooler full of ice and water. We rented the min bus, 14-​seater, all-​leather interior and it was perfect. They quoted the best prices — all inclusive of surcharge for fuel, tip and cost — a lot the services i called actually quoted me one price then it turned out the fuel and tip were on top of that. ugh.
Anyway, great service, great driver, great ride! They didn’t BS us, which i appreciate. I’ll absolutely use them again.
The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars? They made a mistake and did over charge me by $ 155! However, when I called and said WTF, they were super nice and apologetic (vs. trying to take the «you were drunk and don’t remember» tactic — which i was but i did), they tracked down the error — something with the way they calculated our GPS) and refunded immediately. So, while i was displeased initially, they handled it really well. So, my advice to anyone who uses any service and they feel over chaged — call them up! It could be a mistake.
