We have used Austin Air Management for the replacement of our old HVAC unit and maintenance and couldn’t be happier with their services. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest and their prices are very competitive. This is truly a company that goes an extra mile for their customers.

If I could give him a negative star, I would. After giving us a date and time to come to do work, David did not show up, claiming miss communication on scheduling. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, and rescheduled. Again, a no show, and no courtesy call telling me he would not be coming. I called him, and he claimed to be busy on another job site, and had to «focus» on his current task and could not give further explanation for his lack of courtesy and professionalism. I then called the «office» number on the business card, and lo and behold, answering the phone was David. Amazing! He was at two places at once! This type of flakiness is more characteristic of the Third World. He wasted several hours of TWO of my days. I hope he does not waste any of yours. Double Plus Unlike!!!

I had a great experience working with David Naylor on a new ductless mini-​split system for a converted garage I use as a home office. David offered his expert advice, did exactly what we’d agreed to do, and did it all for the reasonable price he quoted. I decided to go «ductless» when my ancient (and very loud) through-​the-​wall AC unit finally sputtered and died. After doing a week’s worth of research on ductless systems, I thought I knew everything there was to know before calling around for bids. David was the only contractor that said… «Hey, slow down… have you thought about this or that» (issues that of course I hadn’t considered). Long story short, I now have a modern, efficient and extremely quiet ductless AC system installed by David and his excellent crew. I highly recommend this company.
