All I have to say is WOW. I had high expectations for our 4th of July and it all seemed great but steadily went downhill with Austin 360 Watersports. I originally contacted Blake and we agreed to $ 95/hr — Pickup at 9am and drop-off at 2pm. We had a group of 8 and I asked Blake if we could fit one more and he said no, 8 + captain will be a tight fit. Okay no big deal. On the morning of the 4th, he tells me his brother Eric will be picking us up… a little late. Eric shows up at 10am to our dock with his girlfriend! This bothered me because he told me I couldn’t bring one extra person because there wouldn’t be room yet he brings his girlfriend on our charter? WTF. We are paying to have a sober driver on the lake, not for him and his girlfriend to enjoy the day on the lake with us. Whatever. We are riding around on the lake and the boat is having some problems when we were surfing. We decide to go to the Party Cove and tie up with other boats. Small problem — our captain was not prepared ATALL. No ropes, no buoys, NOANCHOR… nothing. Pretty embarrassing for us as other laughed like wtf are these people doing. While we are hanging out in the Cove, Eric AND his girlfriend STARTDRINKINGOURALCOHOL. Let me repeat. The captain we paid to be sober and drive us around is DRINKINGMYBEER! HISGIRLFRIENDISDRINKINGMYLIQUOR. WTF?!? So much for being safe and having a sober driver for us on the lake on the worst day to be drunk on a boat. This is not professional at all. As 2:00 approaches, we get ready to head out and untie with the other boats. One small problem, our boat is dead. No we are sitting ducks with a dead battery. After about an hour of searching, they found someone with a jumper pack who was able to jump our boat and get us back to land. After unloading the boat, we talked with Eric on the front of the boat about payment. I asked to pay via Venmo how I paid a $ 100 deposit so that it would be in writing. «No, cash only» Okay so let me break this down. Paid $ 100 deposit. $ 95/hr rate: 10am-2pm(not paying for the hour of trying to find jumpers and wasting time) = $ 380 — $ 100 deposit = $ 280DUE. I hand Eric $ 300 cash and another couple gives him $ 55 so a total of $ 355. We were all a little drunk and he obviously wasn’t going to not take the extra money. MEANWHILE his girlfriend is on the back of the boat taking our other friends money — $ 200 and POCKETSIT! I hear back from Blake and Eric saying that we owe them money about 30 minutes later after he said $ 125 an hour and didn’t take into account the $ 100 deposit. We all start talking and figure out that THEYOWEUSMONEY! We ended up paying $ 655 for a sh*tty charter, a captain and his girlfriend drinking my alcohol and they didn’t return some clothes we left on the boat. I WOULDAVOIDAUSTIN360WATERSPORTS — very unprofessional

I dealt with this company to only get disappointment and my booking cancelled. They were rude, unprofessional, and will show a low price to get your business, then rent out to a higher bidder. Terrible and would not recommend at all. Go somewhere else!!!

I have to say Kyle, the owner, is one of the worst business operators in the country. Not only will he take your pre-payment months in advance, but will CANCEL on you DAYS before your trip and NOTTELLYOUWHY. If you want to be left high and dry, this is your guy. I would recommend everyone BEWARE and DONOTUSE.
