Arboretum Oaks

My husband and I lived here for a little over a year from August 2014-​September 2015. The location of these apartments is fantastic. We took full advantage of living across the street from Starbucks and Trader Joes, and the rest of the Arboretum is within walking distance. They are renovating their apartments currently, so ours was outfitted with new appliances and carpet. The management team is super helpful. Whenever we put in a maintenance request, it was completed within 24 hours usually. Keep in mind that they are in the process of renovating both the outside and the inside of these apartments, so you may have to deal with trucks and workers and such. We didn’t really have a problem with bugs as the previous reviewer stated. They spray for bugs on the reg, and if you have any additional bugs, you can put in a maintenance request and they’ll come out and spray again. All in all, we loved living here!

Pros
— Nice location, 5 mins walk to Trader Joe’s and other restaurants
— Relatively safe. Arboretum is in general safe
Cons
— Apartments are really old
— If you don’t love Rodents and beetles then this is not a place for you
— Current Management is really rude. For instance, you call them to get something fix and they will not be happy about it
