Although one reviewer says free estimates, he charges $ 29 to come out and bid a project, even if he is already working in the same neighborhood. IMO, this is a cost of doing business and what if I don’t like the bid — I am out the money for nothing. This makes no sense to me and he only divulged this after we spent a lot of time getting ahold of him and talking. This just does not seem like a good way to do business to us.
