Micah, the medical aesthetician, was amazing! She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure that I was well taken care of. Very pleased with this service!

I had an appointment at 11:15. I didn’t get called back until 1:02. When I finally saw the Dr it only took 4 minutes. I had my 2 year old and 4 week old with me and needless to say waiting for well over an hour was really frustrating. I kept getting told«only 15 more minutes». Overall the office is nice and clean the staff were pleasant and the doctor was a good communicative guy. Just plan for a really long wait.

My 1 year old had tubes put in his ears on Thursday bc he had been having ear infections since September. I wasn’t going to go through with the procedure but they checked his hearing and he had 30% hearing loss in one ear and the other ear was significantly worse:(. So we did it. It’s been just a couple of days and his language has just exploded! He wants to say everything! He’s even saying phrases! If u need an ENT please look up Dr. Bittar. We love him and his staff. I had some questions later that day and then had to call after hours and both times was either called back by a dr or was able to speak to Dr. Bittar himself. I have never had such an excellent experience with doctors anywhere. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I see Jo the aesthetician for laser tattoo removals and I haven’t been able to find someone as good as my previous dermatologist in NYC until I met her. Jo is the real deal! She is seriously so aggressive in a VERYGOOD way with some of the stubborn ink that refuses to dissipate and because of Jo, a few of my tattoos are completely invisible without a trace of trauma/scarring/discoloration to the area(I have seen a lot of scarring with some others unfortunate cases and I would personally prefer the ink over scarring). The price is a fraction of what I payed in NYC although that specific doctor was worth it and besides, everything’s over priced in NYC, and about half the cost compared to LA which was not worth it and considered robbery. It also helps that Jo is so personable yet professional! Dr. Bittar had removed a chin implant I had from 15 years ago and when no other surgeons would touch it since I had no operative report and didn’t know what the material was, he did with ease and I love him! The staff is awesome, super friendly and helpful too! They are a great team and a model example of what every business should be. :)

Jessica is definitely the best! I have had at least 5 treatments already she has been awesome about breaking down the procedure, letting me know the setting she will be using, and even lets me use an ice pack a little longer if I need to. She is super sweet and doesn’t kill me for accidentally forgetting appointments. For reference, I have a small black hip tattoo I’m trying to get rid of.

I have been here twice and have seen both Dr Bittar and Jessica, the aesthetician. They are both really friendly and explain all of the possible side effects, best treatment practices, and potential complications. Jessica is especially sweet and really easy to relate to. I feel like I get really solid advice from both of them — they’re not trying to sell me a bunch of unecessary treatments. They just explain clearly what a treatment can do and then let me make my decision. I will definitely be returning here often!

Jessica has been helping me for about a year with a tattoo removal. She is such a kind, caring, efficient person. She is very thorough with explaining everything and overall creates a feeling of comfort in what could be an uncomfortable situation. I always look forward to meeting with Jessica. She’s wonderful!

I have gone to Jessica twice for a tattoo removal and she’s amazing! I had gotten several sessions from another place and they were horrible– I bled a lot and it took several days to heal. They also scarred me and Jessica is very conscious about not doing either of these things. She knows what she is doing!!!

I thoroughly enjoy working with Beau Visage Aesthetic. Dr. Bittar and his Aesthetician, Jessica, are very knowledgeable and I am constantly referring friends to their office in South Austin for different skin treatments. If you want your skin to be in great hands, I can’t say enough good things about Beau Visage.

See Jessica for laser hair removal… the rates here are fabulous and the results awesome! I tried Ideal Image with very poor results. The laser they use here is fabulous!

Her name is Julee, and I go to her for laser tattoo removal. I was referred to her from Perfection Tattoo, which I’ve also reviewed. My objective is to get an old tattoo faded enough to tattoo over without it being an obvious cover-up job. So far, after 7 months and 5 sessions, I believe I’m almost ready for the new tattoo work. The lighter colors are the hardest to remove, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d hoped, but I don’t think that is Julee’s fault. About Julee: She’s a very friendly woman who’s easy to talk to, which is good because you’ll want to take your mind off the task at hand if you’re under the laser. She’s well familiar with tattoo removal, but also provides services in cover-up make-up and spider vein laser treatments. Actually I’m not sure what else she does, so whatever aestheticians do, I’m sure she does too. Just call her to find out. About the tattoo removal laser: Not friendly at all. In fact it’s quite mean. Evil at times. But some lasers are like that. Some say it feels like being snapped repeatedly with a hot rubber band or spattered with hot grease. I say it’s more like someone holding a cigarette lighter to your skin while being shot with a BB gun. Yes, I know what those 2 things feel like separately, but never before had I felt them combined into one delicious Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup of pain until I started getting these treatments. If my extensive body art is any testament to my pain tolerance, then when I say 30 seconds or so at a time is all I can stand of the laser, you know it ain’t no joke. The laser zaps the ink molecules and makes them explode inside your skin. That’s the popping sound you’ll hear. This can cause blistering. The more times you go, the more intense the laser light. I’ve had my little tat swell into a little pillow of blisters. So that’s nice. *Results May Vary* The blisters will heal in a week or so. The ink is reabsorbed into your lymph system, unlike what I’d assumed which was that it’d peel off externally. So you’re supposed to drink lots of water to flush it out.(Julee will remind you of this.)
The sessions are 30 minutes long, for a fee of $ 75 each.(that is cheap if you compare it to what others charge) My old tat is small, so it can be fully zapped in one session. Times and fees will vary on the size of the tattoo and how gone you want it to be. She also offers a numbing injection for an extra $ 5. I can’t tell you if it helps because I never get it. If you can get a hold of some topical numbing cream, then apply that before you come for a session. I haven’t tried that either, but it sounds like it could take the edge off of that searing sensation. Overall, she makes the process as easy as possible. Just be sure you can spend the time(months) and money(I’ve spent $ 375 so far).
