Amazing! Absolutely love these egg rolls, couldn’t stop talking about them after I tried my first one! The owner is super friendly and passionate about egg rolls as well!

It’s an eggroll. Not much you can really say about it. 2 items on the menu. 1 is pork based. The other is veggie. I liked the veggie one the best. It had roasted cashews and garlic in it. Kind of over priced. I used to sell eggrolls at school for a dollar and 4 of mines would be the size of theirs for a little over half the price. I did have a nice conversation with the guy about inflation though, so that was fun.

This was the most overpriced egg roll ever and severely underwhelming. Save your money.

What a great a egg roll. It cost seven dollars but is huge and will fill you up. There are no complaints about this a roll except maybe a couple options for dipping sauce. The outside was so Crisp and perfect. The inside was delicious. I would eat another one again.

Huge and delicious egg roll! Perfect for post 6th street munchies. It is quite greasy so you’ll still feel it in your stomach when you wake up, but it’s worth it! Owner is super nice too.

This is the first food truck I tried in Austin, and boy was I disappointed. The guy said it was the size of a soda can, and he was not joking. I shared a «Drunken Master» with my boyfriend, and we agreed that at $ 7 we expected a little more. Not really the best egg roll I’ve had, though maybe if I was drunk it would taste better. Pros: — Fast service Cons: — Egg roll — Price/value

Angry Eggroll specializes in Cantonese style eggrolls. They only serve 2 types of rolls — The Drunken Master(pork) and the Grasshopper(caramelized garlic and roasted cashew). We tried the Grasshopper and loved it. What we like about this truck is its wacky character, uniqueness, and of course the food. Having only two items on the menu is risky and we like their guts for believing in their food and doing what they love!

OMG I love egg rolls and this place is the real deal. How a New Yorker figured this out I still don’t know. I was sober, but they are open late late night after the bars. Get two… trust me!

Was in the mood for something small so figured a big egg roll would do the trick. Man did the guy at the truck deliver. They only have 2 different kinds of egg rolls right now, but they’re both good(I went there twice and had both kinds). They give you sauce with it so don’t worry your egg rolls won’t be plain if you come here. You won’t be leaving here disappointed too if your an egg roll fan, this is not your typical 6th street food truck joint.

The best egg rolls in Austin hands down! Some of the best Egg rolls I have had previously were in New York’s China-Town these SSOOO remind me of that goodness. These also Great flavor, great filling texture, loaded on the inside and great crunch. These people know how it’s supposed to be done.

Oh Angry Egg Roll you made my cousins and I smile after a night out on 6th street with your tiny food trailer! The food trailer caught our eye and of course after a night of drinking who isn’t hungry for an egg roll? We ordered and the gentleman told us it takes a few minutes because they make them on demand. We ordered 3 egg rolls and waited patiently for a few minutes. You could see the steam rising off of the oversized egg rolls that are served with sweet and sour sauce and a peppermint patty! This is a double handed egg roll and will cool down ten minutes after you get it! You should definitely wait because I burned my tounge in my haste to nosh on it! The flavor was amazing and these egg rolls are made with love and care! I would come back here sober to get another one so, that says a lot!

I wouldn’t recommend these for friends, family or even my enemies. The taste offered was not worth the cholesterol bomb of these greasy rolls… Took one bite and decided that the money spent would be fine to ditch, instead made my way over to the middle eastern food truck just next door and ordered some curried chick peas with veggies and rice. Lighter, more savory, and not laden with fried grease… If ‘oily’ is a flavor you like, then by all means, but my flavor pallet appreciates other niceties.

It was a good egg roll. Nothing really special, but a solid roll none the less. 7 bucks for a roll isn’t cheap but it’s not expensive either as this roll is pretty fat

It’s the tiniest food truck I’ve ever seen making giant delicious egg rolls, what’s not to love? They make them fresh when you order and serve them up with a York peppermint patty which happens to be my favorite candy. I’m having drinks right now to pass time until they open. I’m a fan!

Egg roll was really good. The lady recommended the vegetarian but I’m a carnivore and went with the pork anyway. It was perfectly golden fried and crispy and made fresh to order. My only gripe is that it could have used a little more pork. That said, I would still get it again even though I try to avoid evil fried foods.

Ridiculously good! Fresh and not at all greasy. I recommend holding back on adding to much sauce– he’s got enough flavors going on that you don’t need much. My only criticism is that there could be more on the menu– but what a had was perfect. Good job!

My sister has been talking about this place for months. I knew once I arrived in Austin we would be going. We picked up egg rolls Wednesday night and again Thursday night, pork for her and veggie for me. The egg roll is simply delicious. It’s a good thing I don’t live in Austin because I would be there daily.

I’m giving it a three stars because I’ve now come by twice and the place hasn’t been open according to the hours. I will definitely update the review if I can actually find it open and eat an eggroll. for now I say to you. ‘open when you say you’re open!’
