American Arbors

Everyone should stay away from this company — finally remembering to write a review to save others from what we had to go through. We hired American Arbors in 2012 to get rid of some poison ivy. We dealt with Tim. They came out and pulled stuff, but not even close to getting rid of the poison ivy. They couldn’t even ID which ones were poison ivy, and which was not. We called the office, and they said we can have a refund of $ 100, and that Tim would bring it, since they didn’t fix our problem and we were going to have to find someone else. Every day, he kept sending excuses of why he can’t bring the money (rent due, lost wallet, etc). Then he changed his number!!! I would stay away from this company. They didn’t complete our work, and just took the money and ran.
