Amazing Lash Studio

I went to this place because of Unilocal reviews. The lady I normally go to moved so I thought I give them a try. The atmosphere of the Salon it great really girly pink and black. There radio was not working so some one was playing Pandora kinda of top 100 music. The rooms were shared so I can hear the conversation around me. I have only got my eyelash by people the have a single booth so I was expecting something more relaxing this part of my experience was bright lights and bad music this was the first time I did not fall asleep during my application. The lashes looked great when I left but from the door of the shop to the car two lashes had fallen off. I did not think much of it I just thought maybe that happen during application and she already took care of it. The next day I had a plane to catch so I did not call them by that time 5 more lashes had fallen off I know how important it is to follow the directions so I did just as directed no water and brush with the kit no mascara by the end of the week I had 3 lashes on. I am so disappointed with the entire experience I would not recommend them to anyone

Got my first set ever today and had such a fabulous experience. Lauren was so helpful and great to advise me on my first set. Overall fun group of ladies and can’t wait to go makeup free with my new lashes!

What can I say, I love this place and everyone who works there. Everyone is so great and helpful in helping you find the perfect eyelash extension look you are going for. If you are looking for a great eye lash extension place then this is the spot. They specialize in eyelash extensions so they know what they are doing. I love my lash extensions!!! This place is really affordable so I tried them out. Your first set is only $ 79 bucks. If you sign up for a membership you pay a low monthly rate for eyelash refills. I love how much time I save each morning by not having to do my eye makeup. Make sure to keep in mind you can’t get them wet for 2 – 3 days after application!
A delayed flight caused me to miss an appointment and I was charged for missing the appointment which was really annoying, so the service isn’t very understanding but the lash results are good.

I want to start by saying my first experience at this place was very good. So I had a wedding to go to and wanted to go in for a fill. When I arrived they couldn’t find my appt. but I showed them my call log and when I made it. The front desk girls were great. Trying to work everything out, offering to send me to another location, I didn’t have time to be driving around. So then a girl named Rebecca had finished with a client and had some time before her next. The 2 girls up front explained my situation but Rebecca just wouldn’t take me. She «needed a break» is what she said. I offered for her to just do what she could in 15 mins… nope. Not having it. So I left, not upset at the facility or the two girls who were trying everything to fix the mix up but upset with the caliber of employee that Rebecca seemed to be. What would have been the right thing to do for the business was not right for her. Selfish, not a team player, client comes first?
Not the type of employee I would want in my service industry company. I see a review for Kate who was so great but now gone. Its a shame they lost her. Still trying to decide whether I go back. Its sad what one bad employee can do.

Went in to get a full set and it was only like $ 80! My lash technician was Rebecca. She did a awesome job, exceeding my expectations with what I wanted. I hardly even felt her touch and fell asleep during the process. My friends already want to get their lashes done too. She told me about referral and discounts too. My lashes have held up really good as well. The place is a franchise. So, not very cozy and cute like other studios I’ve been to, but with the prices and membership program it’s worth it. I’m definitely going back to see her and you should too! Thanks again.

I have been getting my lashes done for about two years in the Austin area and have tried several different locations. I have never been more pleased with my lashes as I am after walking away from here. After consultation with my lash stylist, she understood exactly what I wanted. My lash stylist, Kate, was meticulous and detailed in making sure she filled in all the spaces with lashes that she could. and I left feeling beautiful and confident. Their membership options are exactly what I was looking for as the most cost efficient way to keep up with my lashes. They also offered me products to help maintain my lashes between visits and gave detailed explanations on how to use them.
The front staff was extremely friendly and genuine. They helped me understand the membership benefits and other services that they offer. They even followed up the next day. I couldn’t be happier overall with my experience and give it my highest recommendation.
