Allstar Lock & Key

I have been dealing with Vance at Allstar for close to 20 years for both our home and corporate locksmith needs. He can do anything under the sun in regards to locks and keys. He is punctual, friendly and his rates are very reasonable.
He is the only guy our company will use.

I am new to Unilocal,and stumbled upon this posting. I have had good and bad locksmiths over 20 years as rental property owner, and even used larger locksmith companies in town who will remain nameless. I stumbled upon Allstar Lock & Key after losing my long time favorite locksmith due to retirement. Since using Allstar Lock & Key I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, honesty, reliability and courtesy of Vance and other locksmith at Allstar Lock & Key. They have become my favorite locksmith whom I have been using for years now at my rental properties. I rate Allstar Lock & Key highly as great locksmths, and don’t ever plan on switching to any other lockmith.

It was a sad sight. Our wrought iron door lever used to stand straight up and extend perpendicular to the floor. For some unknown reason it now hung limply to the ground. Maybe it had been jerked or pulled on too much. Like an old man’s package.
Vance of Allstar Lock and Key came over to take an assessment. «Oh, it needs a new tension spring,» he said. Then he told us he would order the part when he returned to his office. But wait! We have a computer. So the Mister looked up the part and ordered it. A few days later, the tension spring came in and soon after Vance arrived to install it.
Since the door lever unit was still under warranty, the part was free. Two trips and labor for a total bill from Vance of $ 56.00.
