Everyone at the company from Tim, who visits with people in their homes to Leonard, the owner of the company is a great person to deal with. They truly care about their customers. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business for almost 30 years!

Our salesperson came over to the home, demoed the windows, went over all of our options, and gave us reasonable estimates. We replaced all the windows on our older home, and installation was a quick two days. The installation crew was in constant professional communication with me, and they cleaned up their work very well. Very satisfied customer. I will use them for siding soon as well!

While the windows they installed are ok, their workers steal from you. They stole a watch, a sterling silver decorated western belt, and two air impact power tools. When I called to report it all I got was denials. How can the salesman deny when he hasn’t even spoken to the contractor. No follow up or apology. Don’t use this company. It’s a weird thing to have strangers inside your house anyway, but to have them go through your stuff and steal left me feeling gross. And out $ 600 of personal possessions.

We had allied replace all of our windows on 2 story home. While most of the windows have performed flawlessly, one has been leaking since installation. They didn’t fix it in follow-​ups after the install. They charged us when they returned later to «clean the weep holes». We’re still having trouble with the same window almost two years later. Go somewhere else for your windows!

What a Nightmare. Salesman said we’d have our windows and siding installed within a month, and 3 months later we were still calling to find out when installation would happen, No call backs until we wanted to cancel the contract. Windows went in fine, although the small area of siding and trim that should have taken 2 days took almost 3 weeks. Stay away, not worth the aggravation.

The work itself was fine but when we discovered that one of our sets of windows was on backwards, no one returned our call the first time and when a second call was placed they were supposed to send a service request form and they didnt.
