All points is the best place that I have ever taken my car! In the past I have had many bad experiences taking my car to get repairs and have had a hard time trusting mechanics but Eddie is the best! Whether he is busy or not, he always takes the time to look at my car when I stop by even if I didn’t call first. He goes above and beyond for my car. I brought it in once for an oil change and he fixed a dent in my door for no charge because he didn’t want the inside to get wet when it rains. I’ve never been to a mechanic with better prices! I 100% trust Eddie with my car. If you want someone reliable and honest go to Eddie. He will fix up your car for the best price, very fast and he will explain everything he did and discuss it with you before you pay. Honestly, Eddie goes above and beyond for anyone who pulls into his lot. There is no better place to take your car. If you need something done go to All Points!

I’ve come to this place three times so far, and the service has been wonderful. Today I came by and Eddie was nice enough to install a new dipstick tube that I had purchased online quickly and for free. The parking situation is a bit of a tight squeeze, so you have to get a little creative with parking if it’s busy. I hope they buy the place next store and expand some day.

I had just picked my family up from the airport when a light went off on my dashboard indicating that my engine was overheating. Talk about throwing a wrench in our plans! I live in East Austin so I tried to search for an auto mechanic, while heading towards my apartment. Luckily we stumbled upon All Points Auto Repair on 7^th street!
We pulled up and told the mechanic about our dire situation. The mechanic/​owner (Eddie) opened the hood and said that my car was known for having a part that leaked, which was probably causing the water to be low and engine to overheat. I literally know nothing about cars so the fact that I can remember that means he did a great job explaining the problem! Even though he said he was very busy that day, he still said he would help us get the part, install the part, and cool the engine before they closed in 3 hours.
Not only that, but he also said he could give us a ride since I lived very close to the shop. I actually had him drop us off at Hillside Pharmacy for a nice lunch, which is walking distance to my apartment. I had to try and salvage some of my plans!
After 2.5 hours Eddie called us to come pick up the car. The car was completely cooled and fixed in less time than he told us. I can’t thank him enough for helping us that day, even though his lot was full with other cars. It’s been a month since I was here and there’s been no issues with the engine overheating. Hopefully I won’t need to be back soon, but if anything else happens I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Loose wire causing my drivers side running lamp to not fail. stopped by today. they were *packed* no room in the lot at all… but taking a minute of his time Eddie came over looked at the wire. which it turns out was part of the trailer add on to the system. asked me if i have trailer. uplugged and switched a couple of things and BOOM it works. in the lot, out again two minutes later. and he wouldn’t even take money. ANY electrical work. and on a 2005 Dodge Caravan XTE with power EVERYTHING thats sure to be some. is coming back here. Workplace culture shows so i can only assume this is a good place to work and the folks here like to help.

Ive had extensive work done on my durango and cadillac cts at All Points and i cant say enough great things. I wouldnt consider taking my car anywhere else. Im a single mom, transplant from atlanta and in this day and age its really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. A car is integral part of our lives, and its good to know car issues are fixed as promised in a timely manner. Eddie keeps me riding!

I was really impressed with their service here! They are a pleasant group that made the experience quick and easy. They can accommodate you in a good manner. I was able to squeeze in and get my car back really fast. That is a good quality in a car repair shop for real. The people are professional and know exactly what they are doing. I would totally go back.

Great place to get your inspection. I went at a good time and didn’t have to wait, and i’m definitely going to get service there from now on. The staff was friendly and impressed me. As someone who doesn’t do car-​things very often, they were ready to explain everything to me so I knew what was going on!

Wow!!! What can I say, I stopped in for a strange squeaky sound and funny smell coming from under my hood, plus a weird light on my dash. Within just a few minutes the friendly guys had my hood popped and showed me a loose belt then had it repaired in no time and confirmed that the light on my dash was due to a dirty sensor.
Fantastic, fast and friendly service. They even helped me take the loose plastic underguard off of my front fender from a bump I had in a parking lot. All Points is my new go-​to repair shop– 100% trustworthy!

All Points was a pleasant first experience for me. I’ve just moved to Austin, and was looking for a quick and easy car shop to take care of my Texas inspection and fix a few minor problems.
I was able to squeeze in early on Monday and had the car back by that afternoon. They fixed an annoying electrical dash problem I’ve had forever, and a more complex cruise control problem. And of course, my inspection. They really do everything here!
And the entire diagnostic cost was deducted from labor.
Good, quick, honest people.

This morning I had to go back to All Points because I blew out a blinker light and Eddie changed it in 5 minutes for no charge. GREAT SERVICE!

A couple of months ago I had to get a new inspection sticker. I was in and out in 10 minutes, no hassle.
Last month, my car wouldn’t start, so I thought of them for my repairs. I called them to see if they had room for my car in their garage. Eddie answered, and asked me what the trouble was. I explained it to him, and told him what my theories were as to what was wrong. He patiently listened and told me that he thought the problem was, and how to fix it myself. He saved me several hundred dollars in diagnostics and repairs.

I have been taking my car to Eddie for about 4 years now. Each time that I come in, I get instant service. I explain my car’s problem and have not had to wait more than 2 hours for a diagnosis from Eddie. It is usually fixed the same day or if the problem is more complex, he gets it to me by the next day. And this is a 14 year old Acura. His prices are fair and reasonable! He is trustworthy and dependable.
It’s a shame that Unilocal would allow a review like Yoyo’s to get published. Her review does not speak to the quality of work to which All Points commits, but instead just exemplifies how angry people can get loud. Like her, I would have felt frustrated about the misunderstanding, but trashing someone’s lively hood over your inconvenience seems selfish. Grow up!

Car broke down next door Eddie had it ready to go in 2 hours WOW excellent service as I have 2 cars and both have been fixed here

Went in to have my check engine light checked. Previously I had been to Sears (which had no idea, Aamco (which thought it was my after production stereo) and back to Sears for a brake check and still a check engine light on. By this time, I was failed frustrated, nobody wants to keep driving with a check engine light on. Soooooo, I went on line and Found AC DELCO, which seems to be the BEST place to go for a straight answer. After explaining everything and having the codes checked & being very patient with me. It turned out to be one of my headlights was out, causing the issue. Went to the nearest auto part store & they helped me install it. DONE!
Drove back to ALL Points just to express my THANKS.

Went to go get inspection sticker… guy tells me it will be 30 minutes. I waited 25 minutes to find out he left 15 minutes ago to go get a part and he is the only person that can do my inspection. Upset at that point I decided to leave without an inspection sticker… Not getting my money. I wish it was a way to give them no star at all
