Achieve Academy Of Martial Arts

You take the awesome and you take the sucky… bet i got your attention.
The awesome — The instructor Master Moen is great even though he is from California, but we won’t hold that against him. He is great at teaching, witty, honest, respectful I could go on, but as to say he embodies what a teacher and a mentor is supposed to be.
He is excellent with the kids classes I have three of my four that go to class along with myself. (If you have ever seen Beverly hills ninja with Chris Farley that is what I feel like when I put on my gi) He understands and works with each of hs students adressing the issues that arise with them. In the year that my children have been going i have seen a dramatic improvement in attitude and performance. If you have children take them there is nothing to lose, and things you don’t know about that are gained.
As for myself he is great at understanding what is needed to succeed. i was told yesterday that he is going to nitpick my form to death. I say awesome… he knows what I need.
Now I did say the sucky so where is that… well the day isn’t long enough. Some classes are going to be as early as 3:30pm almost impossible to get to. The adult class from 7−8pm is excellent. Classes at 4 just as hard to make it. If classes went thru 9pm that would be great. It is a little tight. I would even be willing to be in class from 9−10pm.

We recently enrolled our 4 year old here and could not be happier with the experience at Achieve Academy. Master Moen makes learning discipline and hand-​eye coordination fun. We love the flexibility of class times, particularly later times which are great for working parents.
