Ace Motel

I’m not sure what the regular rates of this place are, but when we were in town it was over $ 100 a night due to the F1. The price that would have been reasonable for this place is less than $ 35.
Camping in the rain would have been more sanitary than being at this place. The floors were unmopped on the linolen and the carpet was definitely not vacuumed. Everything had grubby hand prints on it, from the door to the walls, lamps and light switches like no cleaning had ever taken place.
The bathroom looked like someone had explosive dihorrrea in the tub and then just ran the shower for a few minutes to wash it down and the toilet paper they offered was two ¾ full rolls, sitting on the filthy counter.
The location is pretty good, took us 20 mins to get to The Drag and theres some nice cafes on Manor but it was overall a horrible establishment to spend over a hundred dollars on. I would have been just as disappointed if it was $ 35, but at least it would have been kind of expected.

No refunds, because virtually anyone would want one. It is basic. A bed, TV, microwave, mini fridge, shower, towels… There wasn’t any toilet paper, though… Odd. And the hangers are those ones you get at Walmart when you buy a shirt. And the no smoking room we got smells like smoke and has an ash tray on the nightstand. Only giving it two stars because it is definitely functional, but for two people it was 110 $. Not worth it.
