I agree with Nicole Dr. Khan is very rude I question why she found 6 cavities my son when he just went to the dentist a couple of months ago and he didn’t have any cavities hmm very suspicious I mention to her that he was only there to be evaluated for wisdom extractions and then she proceeded to tell me his insurance benefit would only cover 1 extraction when I already had all 4 approved. I only went there because her front desk told me over the phone they would put my son to sleep for this surgery and while I was there they told me they only use nitrous which doesn’t work on my son. The office is clueless on what’s going on. Please don’t take your family there something is very wrong!

I was just treated so rudely and inappropriately by Dr. Kahn of Access Dental on Rundberg. I made an appointment a few days ago with the front desk gentleman, with whom I explained I was opting out of X-ray and fluoride treatment because I’m with child; he said that’s fine, but requested I have a note faxed over from my doctor explaining why. My ob/gyn called Access Dental, requesting their fax number to fax it over. I was contacted shortly thereafter by my ob/gyn and they said they were told by the gentleman at the front that I could opt out of any treatment including X-ray, that they only needed a note to give permission to work on me bc I was pregnant. Access dental even called to confirm my appointment the day before, stating that I «needed to bring my consent form from my ob/gyn» and I explained it had already been faxed over and asked them to confirm that. They did, and I re-emphasized the fact that I was opting out of X-ray and fluoride treatment and they again said that would be fine, just to come early so that I could fill out paperwork. I arrived early the next day, reiterated that I was opting out of the two treatments, and they said ok. When I was called into the back, the girl said, «I need to take your X-rays.» Irritated, I explained that I had told the front desk several times that I was opting out because of my pregnancy. She seemed taken aback but took me to my room. She came back before I could even sit down and told me I had to leave. «Excuse me??» I said. «The dentist won’t work on you because you won’t get X-rayed.» I asked to speak to the dentist. She came over and tersely informed me that she refused to work on me. I asked her, «Your front desk told me I could be worked on without X-rays. So you’re discriminating against me because I’m pregnant?» She said that she simply would not work on me if I did not get X-rays and walked off while I was still talking to her. I am floored by the way I was treated by this doctor, so if you are like me and you don’t like unnecessary x-rays and believe fluoride is poisonous, if you are pregnant or if you simply want to be treated with respect I HIGHLYRECOMMENDYOUSTEERCLEAR of this establishment.
