Quick to respond to estimate requests which are provided free. Employees conduct themselves in a very professional manner, and are very knowledgeable. Even though the scheduling process for service was a little slow, I’d definitely use them again.
I requested an estimate for tree trimming via email. I had already gathered an estimate from another company that left me feeling unsure of how well the work would be done.
My experience with Aaron’s was completely the opposite. I received a quick response, and the estimate was scheduled for a few days later, the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. Although Aaron the owner ended up being a half hour late, but was extremely apologetic. He was very knowledgeable of each species of tree in my yard. I pointed out some roots growing close to my house, and he assessed they could be removed without hurting the tree. Feeling at ease, and satisfied with the price of the quote, I agreed on service for the week after Thanksgiving, whenever they could fit me in the schedule.
After not hearing from them the Monday after the holiday week, I sent a quick email asking to be scheduled for service. I was not too concerned, as it was right after the holiday. I got a call back and was scheduled for later that week.
Arron and his team showed up at 8:30 AM on the scheduled day, and instructed the team regarding everything that had been agreed upon. Within 3 hours, the team was done trimming a large oak tree and 6 smaller crape myrtle and other trees. Haul away was included in the price. They forgot to blow out the gutters, but quickly completed the task.
Thanks Aaron’s Tree Service! My trees are looking great! Now if only I could get my poor grass to grow back, my yard would be perfect!
