Bait and switch!!! When you are told that the item is new and they pick it up from the floor models that have been played on, is not new. New is in the box, still wrapped, NEW! The guy says well you can have a different model if you’d like. No. I picked that one. Because I was told it was new! I don’t want to sit thru your paperwork process again! We were told there would be no problem with a lease for a couple of months, but then at the sit down it’s a 4 month lock before you can return it. It’s too bad we were limited with choices after moving to Austin and having our U-Haul broken in to. I do not recommend Aaron’s. Oh, one last thing. When you check out, they and get you for an extra month unless you catch it.

I have about 10 paid off agreements with Aarons. I havent purchased anything within the last 5 years because I started working with them in 2000 and paid everything off in either 1 or 2 years and the merchandise has lasted that long. I have a 60 inch tv, bedroom suit., 2 living room sets(sold one after i got sick of leather) a desk, mattresses, washer and dryer, bunkbeds for my sons room, ps3 and more. I like Aarons because the their are nice and treat me like a customer thats been with them for a while. 2 or 3 years ago when my dryer went out after 12 years they sold me a new one for $ 124. Thank you for always helping.

Never again will I purchase anything from this place! I bought my couch from here which with time have proven to be of cheap quality. The day it was delivered I noticed one of the legs was damaged. I contacted their sales people about it and was told they would replace the entire couch but that it would take one week. The week passes and I don’t hear from them. I contact them again and they tell me it’s going to take another week. I wait patiently, the second week passes and I still don’t hear back from them. I call them a third time, they tell me that it’s going to take a third week. Long story short, it took them an entire month to send me the new couch. Honestly, the fact that I had to wait a month to receive the new couch didn’t bother me, my problem was that they made absolutely no effort in trying to keep me updated. I constantly had to stay on them to figure out what the status of my couch was. Terrible customer service! THEN, I was accidentally ONEDAYLATE on my payment, and guess what?! THEYACTUALLYCALLEDME! On top of that, the person that called me was completely rude after I had been extremely patient while they replaced my couch. I quickly finished paying off what I owed because I wanted nothing else to do with this store. From beginning to end my experience with Aaron’s couldn’t of been worse.
