Yesterday I was told they would come after 5:00PM no one came so I called them at 5:30, was told would be coming at end of day once warehouse closes, after few calls Alex came at close to 7:45PM. Informed me there is a part in the dryer which is not working and need to be replaced, he would come today to replace it again after 5:00PM, its already 7:55PM no one has come and on top of it no one picking the call. What a customer service, bad, worst, frustrating … Dont have more words … — — — — — — - Updating the review — 3.5 Stars Finally i had my dryer installed, they came in close to 8:30PM and installed the same yesterday. I am updating this review and increasing the rating because of following reasons — 1. Alex himself worked hard on the case and even being late considered installing the dryer 2. The equipment’s provided are in good shape and have worked for an year 3. The rates are great 4. You would be good renting with them unless you have an issue and need to speak to customer care.

Horrible customer service. I’m renting a washer and dryer from them. The dryer broke. They will schedule a time with you to repair it then they will never show up. Only one time have they called to let me know they weren’t coming and it was almost 2 hours after the missed appointment. This has happened 3 times this week. I spoke with someone today at 3 pm. He said they would come tonight. It’s now 7 pm and I have not heard from anyone. ***************************************** I’m updating the review. I had someone come over tonight. I’m headed out of town tomorrow and I explained that I’d need them to take the dryer or bring me a new one. They did swap out the broken one instead of making me wait longer to have it repaired. After all the trouble I was grateful that they could accommodate that request. They also compensated me for all the trouble with a credit to the account. The guy that came was very nice and calm even though I was angry. He seemed understanding. I will update this review again as I keep doing business with them.

This started out as an agreeable deal. They initially delivered my washer and dryer just fine, promptly, and the equipment worked fine for the duration. At the end of my lease I got on the phone with them and verified my last payment and clarified that I would definitely not be charged for Month X. Lo and Behold, they charged me for that month anyway. I had to make multiple calls to get that charge reversed. Then, weeks after I had returned the equipment, I checked my bank statement. Whaddya know, they also charged me for the next month.(I eagerly await my refund) Once is a mistake and I gave a lot of leeway. Twice is just disorganized negligence.

I was hosting the holidays and needed a refrigerator for just a month. Well all the rental places would only lease for a minimum of 3 months. A and A leasing was the only place that would lease for a month, so I chose them. When I called I spoke to Noemi and she told me to text my email address to a different number, which I did. She would then email me the contract, I never received it, so I called back a few days later. I spoke to the same person and she insisted I hang up and text my email address again, after I told her over the phone. I told her that didn’t work initially so I would just tell her again over the phone and she could repeat it to me, to ensure she got it right. She didn’t understand and said it wouldn’t be her fault if she got it wrong. After sometime explaining she finally got it right. We set up a date for delivery. On the date they called me and we set up a time later that day. 6 o’clock rolls around, no call. So I called them and they asked to push it back a day. I was not happy, bc I set the day aside for this delivery. Whatever, I said ok it was delivered the next day. When it arrived they set it up and placed it where I wanted it. It was great and much needed. Well when I month is over I called for pickup and experienced the same situation. We set a date and time, no phone call comes. So I called them, and again they needed to reschedule. And again another day wasted. Now I’m waiting. I would not lease from this company again based solely on the timing and lack of consideration for time.

I called for info on Thursday and received my washer and dryer on Saturday.(He was willing to deliver that same day!) it was super fast and I live on a third floor. And only 30 bucks, it’s cheap! I’m excited that I didn’t have to wait and now I can wash inside instead of going down 3 flights of stairs
