Best pizza I have found in Austin. New York style – very good. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I ordered online and the website said my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I live 5 minutes away so I waited about 25 minutes before leaving to pick it up. When I got there, my pizza was sitting out and ready to pick up. Got home, immediately took it out. Had a bite, and it was cold. Clearly the website overestimated how long it would be before my pizza was ready because apparently it got done FAST and I should have picked it up way sooner, womppp. I’ll still be back though because even though my pizza was undesirably cold, it still tasted pretty dang good.

After going in for pizza and meeting the owner he made it very good and personal experience which was nice, not to mention the pizza was authentic and tasted good. I will be a return customer.

Fantastic pizza served quickly and hot. It’s thin crust with many vegetarian and meat options. Go for the Blanca 360, in my opinion. The manager was friendly. The specialty pizzas, like the Blanca, only come in Medium-X Large though, so be prepared to share! As an additional fun spin you get pizza trays as your plates if you dine in.

I have had delivery twice now from 360 and both experiences where very delicious! I’m a picky person when it comes to pizza but I will happily order delivery from here again! It’s not the best pizza in town but it’s very good for what it is!

Quick and friendly lunch spot with very enthusiastic pizza makers and a very affordable lunch special that comes with 1 or 2 slices of pizza, side salad and a drink for under $ 8. You can be in and out in under 30 min very easily. The pizza options are classic or can be unique, your choice! I chose the cheese, mushroom and red pepper slice for my lunch special and I was really happy with it. They ask you how you like your pizza dough, which is a nice touch, so if you like a crispier crust or floppier crust, they can accommodate.

I, like many others, can’t believe the other five-star reviews for this place. I can PROMISE you without a doubt that this is not anything close to what I’d call«good pizza». I’ve ordered delivery 3 – 4 times and ate at the location once(they do have a nice outdoor seating area!), each time expecting it to be different. The final straw was the last delivery, when we received the completely wrong order and it came almost an hour late. I had to call the manager and tell him, and he offered to run a replacement over. Mind you, we can practically see the restaurant from our backyard; how the order arrived so late is beyond me. We got a cold soggy pizza with the wrong ingredients. By then our appetite for pizza had completely dissipated. The pizza itself it what I would consider pretty run of the mill. There’s nothing bad about it, but also completely unremarkable. The prices are also much too high for what they offer(unless they use super high quality organic ingredients for everything… but pretty sure they would advertise that).

I love this pizza joint, I usually come for lunch and either get the house salad with a side of garlic knots or the lunch special(one slice of pizza and side salad) I also will frequently get an order to go for dinner! I love the pennybacker, mushroom and peperoni or the 360 supreme! You really can not go wrong at this joint, everything is delicious and they also have wheat crust if that is up your ally! It can get pretty busy for lunch but they are super fast and will get your lunch out to you quickly! I love how you order at the front and can go sit down and they bring it to you, makes for a quick lunch! We always have plenty of time to eat and chat with out coming back to work late. This is a must try pizza joint!

I debated between 2 – 3 stars. Please read this if you have allergies. First, let me state that I have allergies — just not to wheat, cheese, most ranch dressings or tomato. And as such I ordered accordingly. I’d never heard of this place until tonight when it showed up on Eat24 as an option. Looking at the menu, it seemed like a great idea. I had just been complaining to a friend that it was hard for me to order delivery because there was often just one item at a place I could eat. I could get a drink at one place, a side salad at another, and entrée at another. which with minimum orders made delivery a hassle for me. So when I saw this place had Maine Root soda(one of the few soda brands I can drink, even though I can only drink a couple of their flavors), actual lettuce in their salads(not spring mix), and fresh basil as a pizza topping. I thought I’d found heaven. So I ordered. And it came. I was expecting the soda to be in bottles, not realizing it was a fountain at the store. Ok, sure. I can deal. Also I received no silverware, napkins, not even a straw. Evidently this is company policy unless you request it. A straw though seems like a no-brainer when you’re delivering a cup with lid with straw hole. I ordered two sodas, got one. Not happy. But to add insult to injury, when I took a sip of my soda. it wasn’t the rootbeer I ordered. It was something else. Tasted like Dr Pepper or Cherry Pepsi. Which FREAKEDMEOUT. mostly because I wasn’t aware Maine Root had that flavor, and I’m terribly reactive to corn syrup(imagine all the skin on the bottom of your foot peeling off within 24 hours). So I called. Got the manager. I asked about the soda. He said it must be doppleganger flavor or something? And confirmed it was Maine Root. He didn’t seem that concerned that the order was wrong. Then I mentioned allergies. mostly because I wanted him to realize how serious the WRONG soda could be. I immediately regretted mentioning allergies. He freaked out. Like super freaked out. Wanted to know what I was allergic to(like he’d even have a clue, and my allergy list is too extensive to even list here, let alone recite on the phone)… and then saw I ordered a wheat pizza… and told me quite seriously that I should have ordered the Gluten-Free. Dude. Don’t assume you know what I’m allergic to. I’m NOT allergic to wheat. I am however allergic to almost everything that is gluten-free. From then on he barely listened to me. Instead he ranted aimlessly about their quality ingredients and what was in things that I didn’t even ask about. He went on a whole rampage about dairy being in things. and eggs… Neither of them were concerns I had. He completely made them up in his head somewhere. I’d get two words out and he’d interrupt me. I asked about the«meal» on the bottom of the pizza. «Is it semolina or co…» Interrupted me to tell me it was«Semolina. it’s a corn meal type of…» In which I interrupted him, «Ok. Is it semolina or is it corn meal?» «Semolina» and just to confirm because I wanted to make absolutely certain. «So semolina from wheat right?» «Yes semolina it’s like corn meal» *headdesk* I believe its’ actually semolina as I’m not sick like a dog right now. But I didn’t each much either because I still wasn’t sure it wasn’t corn. But he went on another verbal vomit about the pizza crust. that it was unbleached, unbromated flour. Which I decided to confirm«From wheat, yes?» and he replied«No, its’ not wheat.» This went on for a while and finally ended with«Yes flour is wheat» like all flour everywhere was from wheat. *headdesk* Dude, you guys have GF pizza. How can you say«Flour = Wheat»? From this conversation alone, I would caution anyone with a true medical condition that needs GF, to not order pizza here. I’d be scared for your colon. About the food: Pizza was good. Ingredients seemed quality. Salad was fresh. The croutons even looked made in-house. Ranch dressing is pretty great. Still pissed about the sodas, and the manager who didn’t seem to care about it.

Solid three and a half stars for my «close to the house» pizza place. I get tired of driving to SoCo and waiting in line for everyone in Austin’s favorite joint. 360 Pizza is a very nice alternative to that particular drive. The pizza has the same type of New York crust that makes that other place so popular and can now be found a couple of miles south of the Arboretum on loop 360. They have some nice pizza selections and the staff is eager to please. The owner even asked for my feedback and seemed genuinely interested in making his restaurant the best dining experience. You’ll get a thin base, gooey cheese, crispy crust and the perfect amount of toppings. The cannoli is worth the calories for those with a sweet tooth. The specialty pizzas are very good, I think I’ve tried them all. My only dings are slightly higher prices than needed for the product and the parking. I can live with the prices, and while the spaces are really tight and somewhat limited … whatya gonna do … that is just how the center was setup. Aside from that nice solid product well worth a try.

Not bad. We ordered through the Unilocal app and thanks to the nifty Eat24 counter — knew exactly when to go pickup our pizza. Adding chicken and pineapple to a pizza was an extra $ 5.50, so it’s probably more cost effective to go with one of their custom creations. I would if the boy would eat goat cheese. Anyway, the pizza was very thin crust so 2 of us managed to finish a large by ourselves. It was solid and while I wouldn’t fight rush hour traffic from across town for this place, I wouldn’t hesistate to stop by or order in again.

My cousin and I came here today for early lunch. we were down the street at the Bull Creek Green belt. This place has Plenty of parking. Out side seating as well as inside seating. They have ready have ready to serve slices, As well as lunch specials. Unlimited all you can drink Soda. Plenty of options to choose from Salads, Pizza, Calzone, sandwiches, wine & Beer. Various kinds of vegetable toppings(3 different kinds of olives) Meat toppings and cheeses. Cute little seating arrangements with checkered red and white table cloths. Music Playing. Clean Bathrooms. The food was served to us at our table with in 10 – 11 minutes. Very friendly and courteous staff. The young woman at the register was very nice and made suggested for us to try new things or add extra toppings . We ordered Two meat Calzones.(1 with olives and the other with extra pepperoni) They were a very nice size(Medium pizza size folded in half). It had a nice Garlic aroma and went I took my 1st bite I could taste a hint of rosemary from the sausage. They served this with a 1⁄3 cup of Marinara sauce for dipping. The calzone was perfectly baked with a nice crust. I am recommending this place to my husbands work for catering and lunch ideas. As well as family and friends. I will be back…

It wasn’t the greatest pizza I had. similar to those 99 cent pizza places in New York. When we walked in there was only one person behind the counter, he didn’t even greet us and we stood in front of him trying to make sense of their chalkboard menu. He just watched. When we finally decided on an order there was a coupon on their take-out menu to buy 1 slice and get 1 free, the kid didn’t know how to use it in their POS and another manager came and said to just charge us for 1. We had to wait for them to make the pizza on the spot which is fine, maybe because of the location they may not get too much business but at least the pizza was decent, not too greasy but not anything to remember either. At least when we left someone finally acknowledged us and told us to have a nice day!

Underwhelming Pizza… Unhygienic Practices. Overall bad experience and will not return. Called on Sunday night at 6:45 and was told 35 minutes. Arrived on time and pizza was just being prepped so had to wait 20 min in the shop. In that time: — staff put someone on hold for 10+ min until they hung up — delivery driver came back and proceeded to touch money, POS machine, credit cards, ETC and then started making salads without washing hands — ordered pizza with 4 toppings and opened it to find only 3 — pointed it out to staff and he offered to sprinkle the toppings on and re-heat… Upon my look of dismay he said my pizza was undercooked anyway so needed a few more minutes(guess this means if I hadn’t checked I would have gone home with an undercooked and incomplete pizza?!) — ordered onions and got about 6 pieces of onion total on a large, plus some onion skin — large with 4 toppings was almost $ 26 After all that, the pizza was pretty much just okay. Would never go back. And even if someone gave it to me free, would definitely NOT eat the salads. Better pizza available in 78704 for sure.

Good place to get pizza if you are on the north side of Austin. This place looked like a solid place for pizza on Unilocal so I decided to give it a try. I have been to several great pizza places here in Austin so my expectations were a bit higher than normal. I ended up getting a regular pepperoni. I called in a pickup order over the phone and it was ready 20 mins later; really good turn around time! They were really nice over the phone too. Not so nice they seem fake but the perfect amount. It can get weird when people act too nice and it just sounds fake but everyone here was pleasant. In terms of the pizza it was good! Definitely had a thin crust if you are into that sort of thing. Sauce was good too; lots of flavor. Looks like do a lot of delivery here too so it might be a good place to get pizza for a party or something. Overall a solid place with fair prices. I’ll be back.

What a pleasant place. I have to confess, I”m writing about pasta, not pizza, but based on the tomato sauce and what I saw, I’d bet the pizza is great too. So, I came by after a salon appointment in the same location(Westlake) and wanted spaghetti & meatballs, a glass of vino and some time on the patio in the sweet sunshine. I got all 3. Great, friendly service, fabulous glass of something red that the counter guy chose for me – for $ 15. I can’t wait to go back for pizza. It looked yummy

The Austin pizza scene is quite vast, and there are some good, great, and outstanding choices out there… Outstanding, wonderful, delicious, accommodating — all words to adequately describe our experiences so far with 360 Pizza. Whatever your pizza craving is — because, you know, we all have preferences — this place will deliver it right the first time. And if not the first time, they’ll will remake it to perfection at no charge. Talk about TRULY valuing and appreciating the customer! I can’t recommend this place more! Just go… try…and fall into pizza happiness.

A nice local pizza place with a laidback atmosphere, the staff are really nice and the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable! Got to try the chicken parm again and also got to try the pennybacker pepperoni pizza, both were really good! They don’t skimp out on the ingredients and the quality is on point. The pizza has a nice crust to it and the chicken parm has a good balance of chicken to sauce to cheese, keep up the good work!

Maybe after all the reviews my husband and I had set our expectations a bit too high, or, maybe it was the cook’s off night. Because the pizza delivered to our house was just OK. As the pizza got colder, the crust quality declined significantly into more of a cardboard like state. I have never seen my husband throw away the majority of the crust before. As for the gluten free crust, they use Smart Flour Foods mix, this was the first time I have tried that brand. It is one of the poorest crusts I have experienced recently. It was extremely chewy in texture, and squeaky. A positive is that it didn’t fall apart, and at least had a neutral taste. The toppings on the pizza were OK. Nothing that wowed us. The online ordering system was extremely efficient and user friendly. The delivery was also timely, and friendly. They gave us free red pepper and parmesan cheese packets with the pizza.
