The doctors are great, but the supporting staff which you will be dealing with a lot more often is highly unprofessional! I have been a patient here for 2 years. After my 1^st pap exam, I was told that not enough cells were collected for an accurate result. However, my insurance was still charged! This time I’ve waited forever to receive the test results (it’s been a month so far), left messages that were never returned, even after going to the office I was told that they were short staffed so no one would be able to speak to me. Also, even though I spoke to the NP about an ongoing issue, I was told I would have to come back in for another appointment before she would prescribe another course of action. It has only been a few weeks since I was in the last time. At the end of the day it seems like the bottom line is more important than patient care here. I will be finding another OB/​GYN ASAP.
