Tramore Village Apartments

So I am in the final month of my lease. Overall, I can say I am satisfied with my experience here. Quiet complex, no random people hanging around, ample parking, location isn’t the best (no highway entrance that is close) but overall, I like it.
The cost to renew was a bit higher than expected (current rent $ 755 /​renewal rate: $ 809).
I have a 1 bedroom apartment, overall monthly costs estimates:
Cobb EMC: $ 80 — $ 120 month (I work from home so I am using internet /​electricity all the time basically 7 days a week)
Water (to be paid with monthly rent): $ 50 /​month
I rented my washer & dryer from Appliance Warehouse for about $ 40 /​month total
So overall, not too bad. I used the gym a few times in the morning. It has a small weighted area and 3 treadmills (only the one by the window works) an elliptical (that’s really old and squeaks when you use it) and a bicycle.
I never used the pool so I can’t comment on that, or the laundry facilities.
Never had any major maintenance issues and my requests were always resolved within 2 days MAX — which I appreciate.
I worked mostly with Calisha @ the leasing office and she is great. I usually just send her an email when I need anything and she always responds promptly — which is RARE for leasing office agents in general, so I really appreciated that.
