Beware of this dentist office!!! They will place surprise charges on your account. They do not have a great financial staff (Jonathan) that tracks past services. This leads to overages on benefit limitations and high out of pocket costs. This dentist is a scam. They offer kickbacks for good reviews. STAY CLEAR!!!
I had a crown placed on my tooth. When it was time for placement, the doctor got sick. Instead of referring me out to another doctor I had to reschedule my appointment, I had honeymoon plans, so this was a major inconvenience.
I had to get another crown (yes a filling he put in failed) he had a temporary assistant he loaned from another dentist because he loses office staff like socks in the dryer. Well he placed that crown on crooked. After setting it he had to cut it out. I had to wait two more weeks for a replacement. The best part is when I came back in for my routine cleaning, I had an unpaid balance on my account! Why? Because the dentist did full mouth X-​rays that were only supposed to be done every 5 years. The dentist did the same X-​Rays in 2 consecutive years. They are refusing to remove the charge. I work too hard for my money to have someone be careless and inconsiderate with it. I will pay for necessary services but I will not be scammed!

The review below regarding an office more focused on money than providing service is spot on. My first visit involved all kinds of upselling, requests for family to come visit and offers for things my insurance will cover.
I was talked into a teeth whitening kit and had molds made while in the office. No one ever called to say the kit was ready. I had to follow up to which I get the reply that it is ready when can you pick it up. I said that My wife was off work today and could she pick it up. The front office said fine.
My wife showed up and was told to wait. She then continued to wait for 30 minutes while struggling with a 2 year old and with my 70 year old mother. After 30 minutes the front office came back to say the dentist can only give to myself.
They could have just said that they couldnt provide to her. Instead they didnt mind keeping my family waiting.
I called and said that i no longer wanted the kit. The front office said they would cancel the service and refund the charge. After 2 weeks and multiple calls nothing was done. I had to drive there in person and wait by the front desk for 20 minutes in order to get them to refund $ 100 of the $ 150 charge. Explanation was that Dr Hopper has been too busy the last few weeks to give an answer on refunds.
If you are looking online and see lots of positive reviews for Dr Hopper, be aware that he sends emails to all patients offering $ 5 for favorable reviews with a link to certain websites. Just an FYI on the disconnect in reviews.

I started seeing Dr. Hopper to have Invisalign. After going to him, I decided to switch to him as my dentist. What a mistake! I had been made aware by him of some dental work that I needed to have done. I made the decision of what I wanted done and made the appointment to have the work done and pick up my final Invisalign retainers. When I showed up for that appointment, I was made aware that he did not have my retainers because he was going to complete all of the dental work first. This was not what I made the appointment for and made it very clear my dissatisfaction in him making a decision in reference to my dental care without consulting with me. He was using the dental work that I needed done to make $money$ off of me. I find Dr. Hopper’s first priority to be his wallet instead of patient care. Very unprofessional! I also find it interesting that in the 8 months that I went to him, the constant turnover in his staff. There are only 2 people there that were originally there. That says a lot about him, as well.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Hopper and his staff. From cleanings to major dental work. They have very competitive pricing and a fantastic demeanor all around. I’ve referred several friends and they also have no complaints.

Dr. Hopper is great but the assistant who actually cleans your teeth does not really do a thorough job and I can tell because I have been to different dental locations and it seems like the dentist assistant at this office rushes through flossing my teeth and polishing them even though there were no other patients waiting. But pretty much besides from that, they are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They also, giving pretty decent pricing for dental work compared to other offices.

I have been seeing Dr. Hopper now for almost ten years, and over that time he has become not just my dentist, but a medical professional for my entire family. My daughter loves how gentle he is, and adores his caring staff. Dr. Hopper has performed many different procedures for our family: cleaning, teeth whitening, fillings, extractions, periodontal maintenance. The office is run very professionally and I appreciate that I never have to wait to see the doctor. I can count on two hands the number of minutes I’ve had to sit in the waiting room before I have been seen by his staff. And that’s over the course of many years! I very highly recommend the dental practice of Dr. Terry Hopper!
