This store is awesome. I had a Starbucks cup and it broke and they replaced it and when I needed ice they helped me out. The manager on the night shift Friday was the best. I don’t drink coffee but the store staff is great.

This is my morning spot, I absolutely love this place. They keep the lines moving and my Frap is always delicious. Only issue is sometimes my scones need to be reheated.

Slowest Starbucks! Ugh
I’m not sure if it’s because I’m used to the rapid service in Atlanta or what. But was in line for 12 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me.

Service was good, but coffee was poor. Bitter iced coffee flavor overpowered the generous whole milk add on. Nice enough staff, but even an «emergency» couldn’t justify the poor product delivered. Gas station coffee would’ve been a better, cheaper choice.

The service at this location has gone completely down. They changed their processes which has resulted in longer lines and the wait time to get a coffee is anywhere from 10 – 15 minutes even longer. That is just in the store. The drive through is a complete disaster. They can’t seem to get an order correct. It used to run like clock work. If you have time to waste then patron this location if not go to Dunkin Donuts.

I like this location. The line always moves pretty fast and the baristas are always friendly and energetic (wonder why? Haha) Brandon even hooked me up today with a Venti when I ordered a Grande frapp. 5 stars

I go to this Starbucks almost every day because it is next to my gym. The staff is super nice, but they are sloooooooow. A couple of espressos for the baristas, yeah?

Some times we (my best friend and I) get great service. Other times times especially when they are busy the service is questionable. If we pay premium we will expect premium coffee. Make it right the first time and you won’t have to do it again. If they had another starbucks closer to me in would rather go there.

Great customer service. If I pay five dollars for a cup of coffee, I expect it be perfect and exactly to my liking. If not, I send it back. Which is what I did here. Breona was slammed busy but was polite and quickly replaced my coffee. Two thumbs up! :)

Incredibly slow service, always out of food items. Drive through service even slower, and steadily worsening over last 30 days. Drive the extra 3 miles to the locations on Atlanta Road or Paces Ferry.

I have been here a few times recently and I’m not impressed with the drive-​thru service. The baristas are very nice but the quality in their drinks is lacking. My frappuccino is liquidy and it took them forever to make it, even though I was the only person in line. This has happened the past few times I’ve been here as well. I have been to other locations that finished my drink as I pulled up to the window.

This is our preferred Starbucks nearby, and we even travel here when it’s in the opposite direction of our journey, just because we enjoy the staff (Rachel, in particular!) at this location. Rachel knows us by name, is always smiling and friendly, and goes out of her way to say hello and goodbye to us even when the store is busy. Like another reviewer said, the only difference between Starbucks is staff and management, and this one is better than others in the area. I don’t get that kind of service at any other business I frequent regularly!
I have not experienced the music issues of the others here. The issue I experience is the same I experience at other Starbucks: cheap customers who buy one drink and take up entire tables for hours on end diddling around on their computers. Worse, two weeks ago, a couple + child met a real estate agent for a meeting, took one of only two 4-​seat tables, and had the nerve to not even buy one drink!

The quality of service is going up; especially with the morning crew. Things are getting better. The introduction of mobile order and pay has been a life-​saver. I do think the issue with keeping items in stock is still a challenge and the afternoon and evening crews are hit or miss.
Old 1 Star Review: The quality of service here has gotten progressively worse. The lines are long (especially the drive thru), the service is slow and non-​attentive, they are ALWAYS out of items and now with the remodeling, early closings and a broken drive through it’s really bad. I am going to avoid this location and get my coffee closer to work.
Old 4 Star Review: This is my «home» Starbucks! I enjoy the location and I have a good repoire with most of the baristas. The morning crew rocks; the afternoon, meh. My only grip, I hate that they are always out of stuff; usually the stuff that I am craving!

Well… I would say it’s a ‘regular’ Starbucks, but the staff here today has the music so loud that you can’t even have conversation. And, it’s little things like that that will drive customers to other locations. The coffee is the same at most locations… so, what’s the difference? The staff and management.

What I like about Starbucks is you can pretty much expect the same experience regardless of the location and the service is pretty good, too. My only beef with Starbucks is they tend to play their music too loud. Most people go to Starbucks to study, read, or have a «drink» with an aquaintance or friend. There are times, however, when you can’t hear yourself think, because the music is on level 50. Great place to hang out otherwise.
