I limped in with Knee pain in both knees after getting shots in my knees at Resergens Orthopaedics 15 min earlier. My Physician gave me an Rx for a Walker with a seat. As I entered the Store on Austell Road, I smiled and said hello, a lady from the back came to me and wasn’t friendly. She said «Can I help you.» (no smile or hello) I said I had a Script for a walker, she said to me in an aggravated tone, «what insurance do you have?» I told her Medicare and she immediately turned away stating «we don’t accept that…» then handed me a slip of paper with the names of some other companies on it and then walked off towards the back. Wow! what customer service. :-(

A family owned pharmacy since 1973. Paul, Judy and the crew are very helpful. I recommend anyone that is searching for great service, fair prices and quality care to stop in to the pharmacy. They sell and rent a lot of medical equipment like wheel chairs, lift chairs, braces and beds. They also have a large pharmacy with capability of compounding medications you can’t get at other places. They are across the street from the Cobb Wellstar Hospital on Austell Rd. I have been going there for 20 years! Man I’m getting old.
