Doc is great… Some staff is amazing while others close and leave early leaving customers upset at times. But other than closing earlier than the store states, it’s a better place than any other locations I’ve been to.

I have gone to another vision center company for years and I must say this experience was far better. We saw Dr. Kow and he took his time during our exam to ensure the proper prescription. At the previous company we would have to wait two weeks but they had my daughter’s prescription on sight and my reading glasses on sight as well. I had a separate prescription for distance (I didn’t want progressive lenses) which took 4 days to arrive as opposed to the two weeks as mentioned. The staff was friendly and there was a good selection of frames to choose from. Thank you Dr. Kow and staff; we will be returning next year.

Nice selection of frames.
Staff pretty friendly.
If I don’t find my frames soon — I’ll probably come back here and purchase a pair.
Here’s some basic pricing for my fellow Unilocalers:
Eye glasses exam $ 59
Eye glasses and contacts $ 99
Glasses can be made same day on some Rxs — if it’s a complex Rx — expect a 2 — 5 day turnaround.
Basic glare reduction lenses — $ 112
There is no additional fee to make pattern for using your own frames.
Hours for appointments are 930 — 530 Monday through Friday and on Saturday. 9:30 — 3.

I love this location and recommend it to all my friends. The staff is great– incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Dr. Kow is a great doctor and really spends the time to ensure you get the right glasses for what you need.

We did not buy our glasses at Pearle, but they kindly did a repair and adjustment on my son’s glasses. We will be back to buy our glasses from this location.
