Taco Bell

My husband and I have visited this Taco Bell for the third (and last) time. Not once has our order been right. Not only do they mess up what they give us, but they also completely miss part of our order (one time it was the smothered burrito, another time it was our cinnamon bites). The time I went in to get our food, the wait time was absolutely uncalled for. Tonight, when my husband went, he said the guy that was supposed to be behind the counter was in the dining area eating a burrito and when he saw my husband come in, he just yelled to the cook in the back to «come help this guest!» The pure apathy from these workers is infuriating. Like I said, last time we eat there.

If I could give less than one star I would. The wait was outrageous, we waited23 minutes for dining in. When people in the drive thru asked about the wait they were yelled at about staffing and scheduling issues by staff. The place was filthy with trash and (for some weird reason) newspapers everywhere. None of the tables had been recently wiped of the food messes so we had to do that ourselves. The floors were covered in wet filth from the tracked in snow, as the sidewalk wasn’t shoveled at all from a storm 2 days prior. We will never be returning to this location.

This new Taco Bell that opened close to me I thought would be a nice thing for a different choice of food, but boy was I wrong.
First of all I do have to start out with this has the be the slowest Taco Bell in the history of fast food. The workers don’t act friendly or like they want to be there and help you.
The main reason I have to make this complaint is their lack of attention to detail and care. My dad was picking us up Togo and emphasized that it needed no cheese, no sauce. I have a severe dairy allergy. Well the guy fave him all the stuff he brought it home I checked in it and what I thought was fine turned out to not be. I did check it and didn’t see cheese present but after eating about ¹⁄₃ I didn’t feel right and looked again. To my disappointment the whole bottom was purely cheese and they had put the beans over the cheese.
This is such a shame to know that they don’t care and don’t pay attention.

The wait time for inside service is way to long. It looks like they have had a complete turn over of employees.

This Taco Bell is the slowest fast food restaurant that we have ever eaten at, needs better leadership.

I agree with other posts saying to give a review of zero!
I too was super excited about a Taco Bell opening so close to my house. Key word though, was! I will never ever go back here! The drive trough took almost a half hour and there were only 2 cars in front of me. The employee taking and giving me my order was rude and had no clue what he was doing! The drive up window was dirty along with looking inside and seeing the counters a mess! Disgusting, along with the food!
The manager who runs this place needs fired and the actual owner needs contacted. This place does need the health department called on them. There is no way an establishment like this should be open.
You have been warned, do NOT eat at this location!

Service is fairly cordial though takes forever. Like 15 minutes for a few tacos. No exaggeration. When I got my tacos they were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. This is twice with the same problem.
I tried to call and they were closed, their website was down, ugh.
The lady at the counter said «sorry for the wait…» I think as she was so uninterested that I think she may have been accepting another person’s order?
No.
Fool me once… fool me twice… we will never be back.

Terrible these young ones need training. Apparently they only had 23 transactions per there drive thru. 3 young boys, placed an order took 10+mins mind you we were the only ones there and the kid ask our order number, I looked around and said hmmm, must be us… lol.
Got home the food was terrible tasting and just made with no care. Never had a bad nacho bell grande or burritos in NY. Such a shame lost my service!!!

My husband loves Taco Bell, so he (okay, we) were excited to have this new location open up! HOWEVER… We have yet to have a good experience! There is never anyone there – staff or customers. Every single time I go in (because drive thru is terrible), I wait forever for some doe-​eyed employee to figure out how to take someone’s order. They apologize, but it never gets better.
Just now I waited for someone to come up… Then she had to go get a drawer for the register (it’s dinner time – how are y’all not set up for success?)… but first she had to go outside where the manager was chatting at someone’s car… The gal comes back but disappears and a new guy comes up… Gets a drawer… Has someone else log into the register… Takes my order… Then the manager comes back in from outside, interrupts the order because the guy is now on break (can you take care of that AFTER you take care of me?)… and I finally pay. She takes care of some training with him while the customers behind me wait. Seriously?
I almost want to give another ½ star because my order was actually right! Words to the wise: don’t go through drive thru here and ALWAYS check your order before you leave. OR! Go somewhere else.

Horrible service! Takes FOREVER going thru the drive-​thru. One car ahead of us and we still had to pull over to the side. Dude brought out the bag, missing items. Didn’t bring our drinks. Had to make three trips out to our car to finally get the order right. Were these employees not trained?! Pathetic for a new location. Not coming back!

I I could rate it 0 stars I would. This place is brand f**ing new and it is so gross. The tables are always dirty has a bunch of flies. The oil is so gross anything cooked in their oil taste so sh**y. How did it get this way. The smell is awful the food is slow and sloppy. Wow!

This location is terrible. Sitting in the drive thru to order for 15 min and counting… This isn’t the first time I have experienced this. Wow.

Want to wait 20 minutes for a quesadilla in the drive-​through line? Tables are always filthy. We went there one day barely anyone was there besides us, and our food took FOREVER.

Didn’t think Taco Bell could get any worse. Been here once for food and 3 times for drinks. Had to wait 30 minutes for food with no one in the lobby. The 3 times I wanted drinks the machine was broken. Staff is slow and looks like they couldnt care less about the cutomers or even being there. This is a new location. You’d think they’d want to make a good impression. Guess not!

If I could rate this place a zero, I would! It’s so bad I want to contact the health department. Entering this… establishment you will notice an empty dining room, yet every table and chair is disgusting! The floor has food and trash everywhere and there is no staff in sight. The dirty sanitizing bucket was just hanging out in the dining room (I think it was even trying to run away).
Our food took a solid 15 minutes to get and that was after standing at an empty counter for 5 minutes. The teenage staff was lazy and rude, they looked at us like we were interrupting something important.
The icing on the cake has got to be the bathroom. The men’s room would give a shady truck stop bathroom an A+for cleanliness. At least get the used toilet paper picked up!!!
If this much care and attention is given to the kitchen as the rest of the place gets… bring on the food poisoning.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Seeing that this is the closest location to my house I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve been there about three times in my order is wrong every time. I ordered a Chalupa and there was nothing but meat and cheese in it. Beyond that this Taco Bell is never open late I try to go up a couple more times and it is always closed late night.

Holy cow, get your crap together. This has got to be the WORST managed Taco Bell ever. This is our second visit since it’s opened and both times we’ve waited no less then 15 minutes for our food. To make matters worse, there’s no one in front of us waiting for their orders. The floor is filthy, the tables are a mess, and the kids working here could give a rats butt about doing their jobs. We were so excited to be getting a Taco Bell in our neighborhood and everyone I talk to complains about how horrible it is. Awful!!! Just awful.

After being open a while now, they still are the slowest dine in and drive through ever! Sitting here in the drive thru for 8 minutes now and I’m still behind a person! Get it together!!!

No good at all. Cold food and stale tortillas. For a new business someone needs to take charge. I know it’s fast food but come on
