I am not sure what’s going on from the previous bad reviews from their experiences, but mine has been quite the opposite. I have been going to this location for several years and have had no issue. Of course during lunch hours and after 5:00PM on a business day it is going to be busy since that is the free time of the customer. Sure there were times I want to tell other customers to shut up so I can talk to the employee; they tend to babble on about non-​phone related things.
The people past and present in this location have resolved what few issues I have had, and when necessary issues appropriate refunds and discounts for the trouble. The employees are not stupid but in fact helpful; the dude with the tattoos and blonde hair has helped me many times. So summing up, not to discount other reviews about this specific location, but I will continue recommending this location and continue going there in person as well.
