Superior Laundries

This place sucks, and the customer service is terrible. I asked the lady to exchange my quarters for cash and you would have thought I asked for her first born child by her attitude. (It was the quarters their quarter machine gave me for the cash that I put into it).
To make matters worse they don’t have a good variety of machines. You can either go super small, small medium, or EXTRA LARGE. If you have a medium large or a large load, you’re SOL. You either have to cram your clothes or spend too much and pay for more machine than you need.
And just as a final «touch», many of their dryers don’t work, not that they have signs saying this on all the ones that don’t or anything. I threw my clothes in for 30 minutes, when they were «done» they were just as damp as when I first put them in. I brought it to the ladies attention and she said that it doesn’t work… THEN PUT A SIGN ON IT! The only ones that worked were the super large ones that charge you more money. She put three quarters in the large one which is 21 minutes. In the normal ones that I was using, it’s 30 minutes which is what I wanted and paid for, but mysteriously none of the regular dryers were working.
Needless to say this is a horrible laundry mat and I’m never going back! Don’t waste your money here!
