I love this location. They are always fast and have good customer service Love their soy caramel latte I also started to enjoy their sandwiches. Especially the hot sandwiches … Yum on the hot brisket on sour dough as well as their chicken artichoke on flat bread. Both awesome hot sandwiches !!! Try them both.

I keep trying to develop an appreciation for this location, but it has been near impossible. It’s not that the service is poor, but simply that it is lackluster. In a chain with thousands of locations, I think it is important to focus on service, as I have my choice of five different Starbucks on my way to and from work. Despite the regularity with which I frequent this location, there is never any glimmer of recognition from the baristas or cashiers. As I always order the same thing, a hot chocolate, which is quite uncommon in the summer months, one would think that they might actually recognize me or my order when I’m popping in two or three times a week. The staff takes care of the order efficiently, but there is no banter or genuine smiles to be had. It is clear they are quite busy, as they have no time to really thank you for your business. While I’m not looking for comradery, as I too am in a hurry, I do appreciate when staff members make you feel as if they actually care about your order or your patronage. Fake it if you have to. I suppose this was really made clear when I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, and realized afterwards that I had received $ 5 more than I should have in change. I parked the car and brought the $ 5 in, explaining the situation. The cashier seemed more flabbergasted than anything, and if he said thank you, it was quite low in volume. Actually, typing all this makes me wonder why I feel any loyalty to this particular location. I think I may switch it up next week, and see if I have better luck elsewhere.

Near work in Aurora are essentially two coffee choices, Dunkin and Starbucks. When I’m feeling poncy or like«bitter roast» or some frou-frou drink, which is rare, I’ll go to Starbucks. Usually this is at night when their passable blond roast is no longer ready to go and I’ll be that insufferable guy who orders the pour-over that sets some poor barista into motion setting up the rig and fetching hot water. Or I sometimes do a run and bring back a few drinks for coworkers. So their normal drip coffee, unless it’s blond, is pretty burnt and bitter tasting. Like they overroasted the beans or sent too hot water through them. Blond is passable. More like old Caribou’s smooth smooth tasty coffee used to be before they went away. Starbucks’ espresso drinks are not bad, if a little inconsistent depending on who makes them. I’ve had utterly sublime caramel macchiatos and I’ve had ones that tasted like dirty water. It’s kind of hit or miss but lately all baristas have been pretty good. I’ve had those frappuccino things a handful of times in life and of course they’re good, they’re basically desserts. Prices are kind of ridiculous at $ 4-$ 5+ for a drink, but again, it’s what the market will bear, and this place is mobbed. I mean your snazzy espresso drink is one or two shots of espresso with some milk and sugar. Should be $ 2.50 tops.

Very run of the mill Starbucks but it’s good… generally most of the chains are pretty consistent.

This is the Starbucks I’ve been stopping by on my way to classes all week(and only this week), and while the employees are friendly and the service is fast, the quality of beverages are noticeably below the quality I’ve learned to expect at a Starbucks. I get a pretty simple beverage, a vanilla ice coffee with cream. The last two visits they haven’t put in the vanilla, and I can’t go back to have it added because I use the drive-through. The time before last the coffee tasted especially bitter and I did not finish it.

This has got to be my favorite Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. I never have any of the problems others have posted. Tables and chairs always available.

One of my biggest pet peeves about coffee places is when people place all their crap on tables to claim them, but are nowhere to be seen. I’m especially annoyed when one person takes up a table meant for a large group, or a table that could be shared with someone else. That said, this Starbucks has crap on every table. And people sitting in only half of them. Rawr. I ended up with a little chair for myself, my food, and a laptop until a Starbucks employee(!!!) removed her stuff from a table, thus clearing it up for me. I claimed half of the table, leaving the other side open in case someone needed a place to sit. Sure enough, someone came over and asked if they could use the other side of my table and I was happy to share. So… yeah. This place is easily packed, both inside and outside. I think it’s also the only Starbucks in the area, so it doesn’t surprise me that people flock here. Heck, I came here because I needed to use Wifi and it’s the closest coffee shop to the campground I’m staying at(seven miles away)! Anyhoo. Service is so-so. This is definitely a location that focuses more on the drive-thru patrons than the people parked inside with laptops. Food and drinks are just fine. Some of the baristas have emotionless faces, and some people, like the older guy that served my drink, are incredibly friendly and ask about your day + life. Just a normal Starbucks. Oh, but while I was sitting here a couple hours ago, an older woman came up to me to tell me that I’m incredibly slim and she was jealous of my figure. She went on to tell me that she thought her stomach was fat, but despite being 83 years old, she felt like she was 60 and was happy with herself. Totally random, but hey, random is cool, I suppose. The same woman was chatting with random workers, I have a feeling she’s a regular. So, if you’re here, and you see an older woman with short hair and a smile, say«hi» — she’ll appreciate it, I’m sure. Cheers.

This Starbucks is like all of the other ones… FANTASTIC! I’ve been there at least 53 times.(ANDTHATWASJUSTINMARCH!) They are friendly. I always get the Green Tea frappuccino with raspberry… You should try it. Or anything else. Cake pops are great too… Pick yourself up a mug as well. Why not? I dunno. I have no reason why you shouldn’t. I personally haven’t purchased a mug, but maybe I will tomorrow…

This is the only coffee place close to my college, other than the location near route 30. I’ve been here once and they could not get my order right, despite repeating it several times. Basic coffee, nothing fancy! I’m basically giving this place 3 stars because its the only one around. If there was another coffee place, I’d go there.

Always busy and the front parking lot is small, so really good luck finding a parking spot at peak hours. However, great service and drinks, and I usually use the drive thru, so I’m happy.

Unfortunately this is the closet Starbucks to downtown Aurora. Great friendly service from the staff. It makes the 5 bucks and the wait time bearable.

One of the busy Starbucks, but the service is pretty good, staff is friendly! Their cake pops are delicious! The only disadvantage about this location is the drive thru line is always long in the mornings

I am personally more of a Caribou girl but had the comment on this particular Starbucks. The drive thru line is always long here due to location, however, the employees keep it moving like a well oiled machine in the morning. Ron is hands down the reason I stop here on my way to work. He can make the crabbiest of caffeine seeking zombies laugh consistently. I used to work this shift in the past, so I know this is no easy feat. Hats off to the staff. I may be more of a Starbucks girl overall if the rest of the stores could be staffed like this one.

Friendly staff: quick, attentive, and accurate. This is a weekend stop for me since it’s on the way home from the bfs so idk how it is during the morning rush, I can see that parking lot getting pretty messy! Whenever I venture inside the staff is equally friendly and talkative but not annoyingly so. I love any Starbucks where the barista tells me to «have a rock n roll day»…I think I will :)
