Southlands Self Storage

I have used several storage places over my years and travels, and this is by far the only one worthy of me writing a review. The owners are fantastic! Genuinely good and caring people. I was going through a divorce and the stresses of everything involved with that, child custody, house searching, and yes moving, are enough on the strongest of folks. This place was a welcomed peace. I would bring my kids here once in a while to get winter clothes out, look for books that we stored, or searching for important documents. I would bring their scooters with us, so they could ride through the lot. Once, the owner had her granddaughter with her and brought her out to meet my kids. It brought some normalcy and comfort during a tough period. They also contacted me when I forgot to pay for a month, and didn’t chastise me, were still kind and understanding that it had just slipped my mind. I was also able to get some money back from my last month since I moved out within the first 9 days.
Great experience. I hope I never have to use a storage facility again, but if I do, I will come here.
