Nice selection of Samsonite and High Sierra goods.
Prices are not really cheap but relatively competitive. I stopped in to check out the inventory after having my bag destroyed by an airline.
The rep was attentive, polite and professional. We were unable to completely ascertain the denier difference in two pieces but he sure tried.
It is located near the Mall’s customer service center and the food court.

I just bought a new set of [aparently cheap] luggage a couple years ago before I went to Hawaii. That was the first trip I took with this stuff and when I got my bag from the baggage claim in Honolulu, one of the stupid zipper pulls had broken right off and then fabric was torn. I’ve flown with it a few other times since then and no other calamaties have befallen it but I don’t trust it for another big trip I’m taking next month so I decided to bring myself to a Samsonite outlet to see if I could get a decent deal on a higher quality suitcase.
My goal was not to spend more than $ 200. I travel a few times a year, not as much as I used to, so I don’t need a $ 600 suitcase. And I only needed a solid/​durable piece for checked luggage. Carry ons I don’t care about. I take good care of those.
First thing I noticed was a sign in the window that said 20% off almost everything, hell yeah. And even better, the first suitcase I saw that I really liked was on sale plus the 20% off. I’m sure those outlets inflate the prices way more than they’d ever sell them for so I probably didn’t get the awesome deal I thought I did but I ended up paying like $ 127 for a 25″ spinner thing.
Sales lady was really nice and not at all pushy. Samsonite would probably not want to hear that because as a former retail worker, I know they want you be robotic and sell, sell sell! I prefer it the other way.
What will be nice about this suitcase is the warranty. I will be rolling this poor suitcase all over the west coast so those little wheels will be getting a lot of wear and tear.
I also purchased a little strap device so I can attach my carry on duffle bag to the top of the suitcase.
Checkout took awhile because they had to call my credit card in which was weird. I had less than $ 1,000 charged to a card with a $ 15,000 limit so I’m not really sure what that was about but whatever.

I needed to buy some new luggage for my upcoming globetrotting that I’ll be doing from August through November. It took a while for me to be assisted with my questions but once I finally was I have to say I couldn’t have been happier with how knowledgeable the staff was. Now I’ll be traveling in style! Also, how about the location of this place huh? The owner certainly must have known what he was doing because some of the hottest Latina ladies hang out at this mall!
