This place is amazing, great food, great people. I always leave here satisfied. The price is decent and they could give more fries.

This is white people version of Hawaiian food. No short beef ribs not even spam rolls. If you want authentic Hawaiian food go to L&L Hawaiian BBQ off of Alameda in aurora. Way better food.

The only reason why I love going to Southland’s! My all time favorite is the Volcano Mahi and the Kahuna Burger! Those sweet potato fries are delicious! Friendly staff, fast service, place is nice and very clean!

Great alternative for fast food. You can actually make healthy choices. You can find coupons and deals

Service continues to be bad at this location. Quiet night but the girl behind the counter was more concerned about her cell phone than taking an order. Empty tables filled w trash from previous customers and three girls just relaxing behind the counter. Disappointing because the food is generally pretty good for this type of place.

Not authentic Hawaiian. Awful homogenized food. Look up L&L Hawaiian BBQ in aurora if you want good Hawaiian food.

Nothing close to how food taste in Hawai’i. Their sauce and mix are too sweet. It is not made from scratch. However, they have good food, good service, comfortable atmosphere and healthy options.

I have been here a lot! They’re staff is very friendly, tables are clean, and some very good food! Only that there is not a huge variety.

The food is good. But if you’re not into fruity type foods you probably wouldn’t like it. It’s a lot of pineapple stuff. I love their salads. That’s what I kind of stick to.

Was craving fresh quick food so found this off Unilocal– I got the fish tacos and I wasn’t impressed at all by the food. Please PLEASE tell me they aren’t a Hawaiian themed restaurant that serves canned pineapple… My fish was lackluster tiny morsels like minced meat and super soggy runny action going on. I like the coconut milk taste in the rice, but Off of the reviews I was really disappointed. Then huge leak in the bathroom going on that we get to step in was great too. Front staff was just fine.

Out of all the things on the menu, I ordered the Rumbi Beach Burger wow was it delicious! Along with that were french fries which were also really good too. Wonderful hawaiian theme and a pippy staff will get you smiling. The food takes a quick minute to get out to you but the wait is worth it. There’s an overall sense of good energy at this place. Families and groups will show up so come early to get your spot!

Such bad service. The front line staff were discussing«baby daddy drama» and cursed several times. Not enjoyable

We stopped here on a whim for lunch and it was great! Fast casual Hawaiian style restaurant with a ton of options like burgers, plates, teriyaki bowls and salads. You order, pay, get a number then sit and wait for your food. The food took about 5 minutes to come out and while we waited I got a mango iced tea(mixed with some lemonade, it was spectacular!) I ordered the Aloha Mango Salad and it was great! It was a huge salad, tasty and pretty light. I would definitely come back again!

Rumbi is pretty much the closest you can get to Hawaii without leaving Colorado. Sadly, there is only one left in the Denver metro area, and it is in Aurora by Southlands Mall. I was hankering for a Hawaiian teriyaki chicken bowl and so off to Aurora we went. I was not disappointed at all. We were greeted by a smiling face and the smell of heaven. I ordered my Hawaiian teriyaki bowl and Brian got his luau pork bowl and split the Rumbi fries. Rumbi fries are a great compromise between us. He loves sweet potato fries and I love regular french fries. Then served with a side of Rumbi fry sauce. There it is… heaven again. I wish there were more around town. They keep closing down all of the locations, for some reason. If you like Hawaiian style food, go to Rumbi!

I came here with family, and it was really good! Lots of space for all of us, and the food was delicious and came out quickly. I will be back again when I’m in the area.

As close as Hawaiian can get in Colorado… love the Fish Tacos and the Mango Salsa. I really like the service, and the food there. The only wild card is that the soda machines often have to be changed while we are there as the drinks can taste flat when not done. My family will keep supporting this location as the people do things well.

Hawaiian fast casual chain that started in UT. Salt Lake City actually has a large Samoan population and Rumbi is quite popular there. This Aurora location is the only one left in CO. Cool island theme with good menu options like sweet potato fires with fry sauce. I hope they stay in CO, the service and food quality needs a bit of work.

Im from hawaii and personally LOVE island food. Rumbi does a good job on that island feeling in the restaurant My favorite is the Caribbean chicken and shrimp with the sauce on top. Idk how they make the sauce but its the most delicious sauce ever

Love their chicken tortilla soup. Totally different than anywhere else because it has coconut in the base. I absolutely crave it in the winter. During the summer I am more apt to stop in for fish tacos or a beach burger. I am a sucker for the sweet potato fries. This is counter service but even though they are in Denver they definitely adhere to Island Time. Which is to say its a bit slow. Give yourself a few extra minutes here while they prepare your food. Cute, island themed restaurant. Seems like prices have been steadily climbing here and for a family of 4 we are averaging about $ 28.
