I used Redefy to sell my townhome in Lone Tree. Their team of Tracy Marley and Kirstin Moore were great to work with, both very competent and professional. My home sold in three weeks; the contracting and closing process went very smoothly and seamlessly. I am very happy with the job they did and saving me significant money when compared to using a traditional listing agent. Happy with the results of hiring redefy. Kira Wohge did a great job, and our condo sold at asking price in about month and a half. (Would have taken less time, but did not bother with staging or fixing every superficial distraction.) As a first time home seller, the well organized workflow for the selling process made it easier to manage. Thanks redefy. (As always you will have best results by sticking to your interests and patience and not always listening to prospective buyers not yet attuned to the Denver market reality. No big secret that realtors in general take longer on average to sell their own houses to get the best returns. we did tell two low ballers in this market to take a hike. 295, hah! Neeneerneener ;)

We used Redefy to sell our home and purchase another one. Our selling process was pretty smooth. We got over our asking price within the first 3 days. The ability to keep so much more of our equity towards the next house with Redefy’s flat fee selling was really helpful. We wouldn’t have been able to buy our next home if we had paid a typical realtor’s fee. I would recommend them to anyone looking make a move.

I attempted to use Redefy to sell my current home and buy my next home. I spent several weeks with one realtor getting my home ready to list. Then all of a sudden my emails were being returned and my calls were being ignored. Then I found out my realtor had left the business and no one else was given my account. So I was left in mid-​process with no one to complete the home sale for me. Very unprofessional to say the least!!! I chose to move to a different agency since no one at Redefy cared about keeping my business.

Regarding the selling side, the flat fee is great, and dealing with different people each step of the way keeps the relationships brief.
When it came to purchasing, I was stuck with Dan Merrell, who’s flat out dishonest. My advice – get everything in writing.
