I was very nervous about starting physical therapy after having surgery on my shoulder but the staff at Physiotherapy Associates were so friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend them for physical therapy.

Communication and billing are severely lacking in this group. We received a bill from a collection agency today for a charge we never received from them first. My mom is 83 and has Medicare so she shouldn’t have owed anything. I don’t appreciate them ruining her credit over an invalid charge that we didn’t have a chance to address. Will not return to this group.
