every time i have come here, i leave disappointed. the broth is mediocre, service is average, and prices are not competitve. they are skimpy on the meat for phở, especially for take out. tried their wings as an appetizer and was confused by the flavor. my kids wouldnt even touch them. i really miss phở yo. at least their food was good!

The only dish I like here is the bun bo hue. The other dishes that I’ve tried were not that great. — Mi quang: flavorful broth but noodles were too soggy. — Com ga dai: chicken tasted it had been in the freezer for too long. — Banh mi thit nuong: OMG. this is the absolute WORSE! The meat was okay but the bread was stale and hard. First time in my life I threw away a banh mi after 2 bites. — Fried tofu: wish they had a special dipping sauce instead of just plain old hoisin sauce. The service could be better. I’ve eaten in the restaurant 3 times and it was close to dead each time. Servers were no where to be found after they took our orders and delivered our food. When I really crave it and don’t want to go far, I will order bun bo hue to be picked up only. I don’t think I will ever order anything else besides bun bo hue from here again.

Stopped in here after HMart last week with a hankering for vermicelli, and everything turned out delicious. Wife ordered spring rolls, which were super and fresh and herby. She also had seafood phở – we judge phở by its broth, and Phở Le’s was amazing. Great service, authentic flavors, reasonable prices. I know there are a lot of great phở spots around Denver, but I’m so glad I randomly popped into this one. Don’t be put off by the strip mall façade and Aurora location, the restaurant is clean and the food’s great.

Fans of the famed South Federal eatery called Phở Le will be thrilled to hear that there is now a second branch in Aurora. And for those who have never tried them at all, don’t worry! I’m just about to reveal some of their best and brightest menu offerings. Part of the Vietnamese-language text on the front of Phở Le’s web page can be loosely translated as «Fresh rice noodles! Aromatic, tasty flavor! Charming soup broth!» — and I must say I’m inclined to agree on all three counts. One of my favorite dishes here is Banh Tam Bi — noodles made from rice and tapioca flour, mixed with a combination of pork(flesh and skin) and cucumbers, then liberally drenched with coconut cream and fish sauce. But if that thought doesn’t quite do it for you, how about the sunny Central Vietnamese noodle specialty Mi Quang, where turmeric-tinged rice noodles are expertly tossed with not only pork and chicken, but also shrimp and even quail eggs? A skinnier, chewier rice noodle figures heavily in Hu Tieu Sa Te, teeming with rare beef and brisket in a chili/garlic/lemongrass sauce. Mmmmmmmmmmm! And those are just some of the goodies on the menu. But fear not, all you noodle naysayers out there. Phở Le has a bunch of other tempting treats for you to sample too. Banh Mi Op La is kind of a deconstructed version of the famous Vietnamese sandwich called Banh Mi — here, the baguette is served unstuffed along with Spam, pâté, and two perfectly fried eggs, allowing the diner to mix and match textures and flavors as it suits them. The oxtail soup(Sup Duoi Bo) is always a good choice too, simmered down for seemingly ages until all that bovinity just can’t help but rise to the top! And don’t forget about Banh Uot Cha Lua(steamed rice-flour sheets served with fat wedges of pork loaf). OK, I guess that last one could technically be considered noodle-y, but I think you’re really reaching there, bub. At any rate, it will take you forever to sample the breadth of Phở Le’s bounty — and I assure you, you’ll enjoy every minute of the experience.

Love love the service here! The food is scrumdiddlyumptious. I have tried many items on the menu, my favorite is the grilled beef bowl with shrimp. The Vietnamese coffee is so yummy. I like to come here due to the fact that it is also very close to where I live and very convenient. One downside for me though is I wish there was a handicap parking spot right in front that there is not. So anyway you see if you’re hungry for Vietnamese food come here to Phở Le it is the best. ;-)

We showed up at 4:10PM on a weekday afternoon to an empty restaurant, with a party of 5, placed our orders, and waited … and waited. Around 4:30 we inquired about the progress of the food and were told that there was an ongoing health inspection visit and that it would be «just a little while more.» At 4:40 our server came back and promised that the cooking was almost done, that we’d get our food promptly. A few minutes later, he came back and said that it would be another 15 – 20 minutes, as they couldn’t actually START cooking until the health inspector finished up. So … we left. As did another table by us, who also hadn’t been updated on the lack of activity in the kitchen. I’m not sure what kind of restaurant is so keen on making a profit that they’d deliberately lead customers on with false promises of a meal. We had been quite explicit that we hadn’t eaten since breakfast but they made no effort to warn us of the delay prior to our inquiry. Our first clue to the wait was when another customer walked in after us to place a takeout order, and the host staff warned HIM that it would take a while — so he left without ordering. I’m sure the food might’ve been good, but the attitude of the restaurant towards their customers could definitely be reevaluated.

I ordered the shirmp vermicelli bowl it was absolutely scrumdiliumptious! the shirmp was grilled to perfection. And for dessert I ordered the three color dessert it was very yummy awesome ;-). I highly recommend that you come here, it is the best Vietnamese restaurant in this area. The menu is very unique I like it because it has pictures and makes your experience very easy to choose what you want to eat unlike many other Vietnamese restaurants. The wait staff here very friendly! And super helpful it made our lunch extremely pleasant I will definitely be coming back here on a regular. Kudos to the staff here. 5 stars all thumbs up!!!

Phở Le makes a satisfying bowl of Phở for take out which is a good thing with this recent cold snap! Orders are taken care of quickly, the broth is flavorful and they are generous with the portions.

Really large variety in the menu. We stopped in after shopping for Phở but we’ll be back to try more. Broth was really good and had great temp. A little stingy on the veggies and didn’t have cilantro or culantro to put in it. The restaurant was pretty much empty and we had good service at first when we came in and ordered with water immediately and taking our order. The Phở was out super fast as well. But then they never came back… Food was good so we will probably be back but Hubs was annoyed that he needed more water and they never came back to check on us.

Meatballs are terrible. Went today to get a rare steak bowl, walked in and said I was going to sit at the bar. The kid said«we don’t sit at the bar» Wait…you have a bar, have napkin holders at the bar, and someone behind the bar but you don’t sit people at the bar? Pretty ridiculous. Phở Le, you have made the decision easy to spend an extra 5 – 10 mins and drive to Phở 79 off Havana and Mississippi.

I’m so happy they expanded to Aurora. The first restaurant is in Little Saigon of Denver. They have their award-winning phở(Westwords Best Phở of 2014) made right at the Aurora location. Service is nice, and their other dishes like combo fried rice and Korean street tacos are spectacular. Definitely give them a try.

I was so excited when I looked over the menu, so many soups I want to eat… Bun Bo Hue, Hieu Tieu, Bo Kho. I wasn’t feeling well so stuck to a Phở Ga(chicken phở) to go. The broth was in a to go cup with a lid that leaked through the straw hole. The veggies in a plastic bag. Interesting choice of packaging, I must say. The broth was watered down and bland. I will try other soups and let ya know. Stay tuned!

The chicken wings were extremely crispy and delicious. My husband had the cubed brisket and it was very tender. I had the seafood egg noodle soup. It was very good. Plenty of seafood in a simple pork broth. It was topped with crispy pieces of pork. Yum

Our first visit with the new management/name and we were regulars before. I ordered a small bowl of veggie phở and it was really tasty – broth as good as ever, and ample sizes. The menu seems to have been expanded and it seems a bit cleaner than it was. They still offer yogurt, but not the phở and yo combo as before. The service is polite and speedy, and they keep the water glass full :)

We liked PhoYo, but the new owners do an even better job here. Apparently this is a second location from their Federal Boulevard restaurant. I had the shrimp and my wife had a pork noodle bowl. The shrimp and the pork were great. Tried the fresh lemonade, I bet you’ll really enjoy it.

I’ve been here twice now that it has been under new management. I am in love with the Korean Tacos — if you are a lover of Korean food, this is a must! Corn tortillas filled with rice, kimchi, bulgogi(beef), cucumbers, and topped with sesame seeds. I have also tried their phở, and in my opinion the broth lacks flavor. I know, there are condiments to flavor your dish, but to me a good phở is defined by its broth. I will be coming back for the tacos, but not for the phở(bring back the old recipe Phở-Le!!)

Alas! The phở gods have finally answered my prayer! No longer will I have to commute all the way up to Federal to enjoy Phở Le as they recently opened up shop in Aurora. This place has a variety of noodle soups which I absolutely love! Too bad I normally stick to the usual :/. I always get the Hu tieu which comes with two different types of noodle, and various cuts of pork, liver, shrimp, and a quail egg. They even serve com tam, which seems like a rare find in Colorado. Service is great and very polite.

They have Hu Tieu Bo Kho, a traditional Vietnamese tomato stew! The flavors are okay, but it beats me making it myself. I’m really excited for this addition to the Aurora area. In addition to that, their noodle bowls are a good size and is very flavorful! Service is good, I’m going to take advantage of the Grand opening of 15% off! It is a little pricier than the average phở places, but their flavors are pretty good. Check it out peeps!
