If you’ve eaten at any Panda, you know what to expect. The food is good, the place is clean, friendly staff.

It’s a Panda Express. It’s not the most authentic or best tasting Chinese food, but I never expect that here anyway. The menu has changed a bit. They offer brown rice, with no upcharge, and you can get half of two sides with an entrée, which means a meal can have more variety. I like that they offer veggies as one of the sides, too, rather than just the starchy options. They have added a kale chicken dish which I tried tonight. I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite kale dish, but I’m glad that a fast food place is embracing kale. In the past, I had issues with some of the service, or lack thereof, at this location, but lately, I think they’ve employed better staff members who seem to actually have interest in doing a good job. Since I have such a difficult time finding good Chinese delivery in my area, Panda Express is often the next best option in my opinion.

Avoid at all costs — this location participates in bait-and-switch tactics. The prices on their menu don’t match what you’ll get on your receipt, and they just so happen to neglect telling you until they have your money. Menu says $ 9 for a large entrée? They’ll charge you $ 10. 3 for a large side? They charge $ 3.51. All of this is before taxes, mind you.

This Location could be the savior for Panda Express everywhere. Went with the Teriyaki Chicken and Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. The Interior was clean. An Employee was cleaning and said she would be right with me. She came behind the counter washed her hands then proceeded to take my order. I love cleanliness when your hands are touching my food. Grabbed it to go and was on my way within minutes. Needed a little reheat when I got it home. The Teriyaki was delicious and could of used a little more sauce. The Orange Chicken was moist with bits of chicken. And the Fried rice was moist as well.

Terrible Panda Express experience. The food was on par with every other Panda Express I’ve been to but the lady behind the desk spoke about 10% English. I’m not joking — it was point and hope… so frustrating. I probably won’t be frequenting this particular Panda.

I’ve been a Panda Express fan ever since college; that is, when a Panda meal was actually a classy, expensive night out. At the mall. But I digress… The Colfax location has always been fast, friendly, and tasty. I seriously cannot get enough of the new Sweet Fire Chicken nor the Beijing Beef. Mmmm so delicious for on-the-go Chinese food. And of course you’ve always got the staples: Beef and Broccoli, Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, etc. This is a great location for those of us in the Anschutz Medical Campus area! The drive-thru option is a plus!
