Absolute worst copy center I have ever been to! I sent a file to be printed on 16×20 paper(one copy) at 9am. I asked that it be ready at 11am. I arrived at 11:30am and the girl was very rude saying she had called me(no missed call or voicemail) with questions and I did not answer. So I answered and she said she would have it done in 30 seconds. Fifteen minutes later(while not updating me and helping other people) she handed me an 8×10 copy. I told her it was the wrong size and she said I never told her a size(even though it was in my original email). After another 30 minutes she STILL had not printed it! I had to ask for updates and she just acted super annoyed all the time and finally after 45 minutes said she could not get the printer to work! It was horrible. I recommend ALL printing done at Staples!

Bought a glass table here. The sales associate was helpful, even though e was new. The desk itself is one I can say is durable. I bought my first one back in 2010, and just bought an extension because I liked it so much(and needed more desk space). Probably return here for my other office supply needs.

This place has the best customer service that I’ve seen in all of Denver. The staff is great and is very friendly. If I can’t find what I need they can order it for me and have it shipped to my house within 3 – 5 business days.

Well, I am of mixed feelings. On the one hand, they seem to be a standard Office Depot with the selection and pricing you would expect. And, the assistant manager who took my order for some business cards I needed by the next day was friendly and helpful. However, there was a glitch. The cards were not ready at the time I was promised. Indeed, I even gave them an extra hour past the deadline before I came by to pick them up. I really needed them that night, and they were not ready. There were a lot of staff working, but apparently only some of them can work the printing/shipping corner of the store. I was stuck behind an older gentleman who seemed to need to know every possible method of shipping one small package in the world(FedEx, UPS, USPS, Greyhound, donkey cart, etc.) and was determined to find the cheapest option that still got the package there before the next millennium. I finally convinced a different employee to help the man peruse shipping options, so I could talk to the one person in the store who did printing. To add to the problems, only one computer in this department appeared to be working well enough to handle customers. The card proofs had looked fine online, but apparently were too dark on paper to be legible. We went with a simpler option, he printed them, and then tried to cut them. We were in a rush. The cards did not look good. By this point, I really had to go so I would not be late for an event, but I needed the business cards specifically for this event. He was able to print out about 20 cards, of which perhaps 10 looked acceptable. I took what he had and left, rather unhappy at the time. Epilogue: They did fix my order the next day, and provided me with some decent looking cards at a reasonable price. So, I would be willing to give them a second chance, but would be very skeptical.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Substandard return policy. It would have been easier if there was an open sample of the tablet case I bought. Instead, I had to buy it, bring it home and try it, then return it, which I did the very next day. My receipt was missing the bar code and that wreaked all kinds of havoc. They couldn’t scan my credit card for the transaction or check it any other way in their system. They only wanted to refund me the last sale price of the item. We got the override on that, then they only wanted to give me store credit. I got a full refund, but I haven’t had a return experience like this anywhere. Worth driving elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

New store is open! Great central location! Easy to find everything quickly! Although a chain store, it is a quick in & out for office supplies. Who wants to spend a lot of time«shopping?» Just find it easily and be on your way. Service in this new store was a little iffy but, hopefully, they will get the tweaks straightened out soon.
