My insurance was no longer accepted by a bigger practice in town so I after reading the reviews on Unilocal and Google, I decided to give this office a try.
I called and spoke with Mitzi who handled my insurance questions in a professional yet welcoming manner.
I came in today and was greeted by the office staff right away. As I was filling out my paperwork, I was observing how they treated other patients who walked in. One elderly couple had a question and they were patient in trying to help them understand the answer. The other was a mother with her handicap adult daughter who they seem to know from previous visits. The office staff just seem to work at making sure patients were treated with dignity and care.
Veronica was my dental hygienist and I honestly have never had one with so much dental knowledge about my teeth. At the other larger more well known practice in town, they just clean your teeth and make small talk. Veronica noticed a few things I was unaware of and really sought to educate me.
Dr. Montminy came in and introduced himself. He checked Veronica’s work and was helpful with my questions. He is what I expect a dentist to be like: professional yet kind.
My check out experience was phenomenal as well. The customer service level is outstanding here.
