The drive thru workers have no type of knowledge when asked questions I went today and I asked if they had the shamrock shake and the guy told me no so I called later and the manager that answered me was very nice and told me they did so I had to go all the way back due to the workers giving out wrong answers

It’s better to go through the drive thru than going inside this restaurant. The service is completely horrible if you walk in. You’d be better off making something at home before you even leave the house. The women at the front register made sure she took care of people’s order that came in after me, and all i ordered was a coffee and one hashbrown. I won’t be going there anymore.

It’s the same ultra-standardized McD’s shlock you’ll get anywhere but this place gets 3 stars for its often slow and incompetent service. I work nearby and sometimes get the SW Chicken Salad, which is pretty tasty, a deal at $ 5, and not *too* unhealthy I believe. Once in awhile I’ll also throw in some of the«Dollar Menu & More» sandwiches to bring back for people at work. The Buffalo & Ranch McChicken is pretty good. So managers and employees here see me fairly regularly and I certainly recognize them… but like robots they never say something like, «hey, how are you doing?» They’re just robots who may as well have never seen you before. And ordering is often a painful process: «How can I help you?» –I’ll have the SWGRILLED chicken salad TOGO. «Do you want grilled or crispy?» –I said GRILLED. «Do you want that for here or to go?» –I said TOGO. «What dressing do you want?» –M-F’er it COMES with SW dressing… THAT one! So literally a 6-word order often has to be broken down into its components. But hey, that’s McD’s.

This is the most screwed up McDonalds in the area. 25 minutes in the drive through a simple sandwich and an apple pie and I have to wait for it not 5 minutes not 10 but 25. I can understand it if any of it was made fresh, but it isn’t and we all know it. Then when they bring it out to you it isn’t right. you go in and the manager looks like a deer caught in headlights and he can’t even say sorry or what can I do to make it better. i would check his supposed degree because you don’t learn to look dumb in business school. I think he must be a deaf mute because he stood there and watch the girl pour the fries back in with with the others waiting to be served. Kill many people with your food handling skills? It be one thing if anyone at either of the two windows or the guy who brings the food out to the car say sorry for the wait but no can’t do that. I really like the fat chick laughing her ass off in the drive through that she messed up such a simple she was doubled over. I had not been in this store in 6 months because of how bad it had gotten. well it got worse. Guess that what happens when you hire managers the could give a crap about their jobs and who obviously have no pride in the work they do. It reflects in every single one of their employees. If can’t say sorry you employees are not going to learn to say sorry. Can’t say thank you to the people who make it possible for you to earn a salary then your employees are not going to say thank you to the people who pay theirs. I am going to pay those I know not to go there. I bet I get more gratitude then this place has ever seen. You can believe me when I say I don’t mind telling folks what a crap joint this place it.

Great McDonald’s. A little too small for the huge drive thru demand they have, but great service.
